My favorite way to get a workout in is by walking the dogs.

I love to walk my dog. I have used items from Bark Box for her while we are walking 🙂

My favorite way to get my 11,000 steps in each day is to break it up into shorter hourly walks.

My favorite way is by enjoying nature. Going on hikes, bike rides and just being outside.

I exercise first thing in the morning. A YouTuber I follow LoveSweatFitness has “lazy girl” workouts you can do right on your bed. 🙂

I use a lot of items from Bianca Jade’s Quarterly box when I exercise. 🙂

My favorite way to get my workout in is getting up early hitting the gym with free weights and some cardio. I love using my subscription boxes that include any headbands or facial cleansers for afterwards.

hand weights, stretching, and crunches while watching tv. Using an old fashion reel mower to get in my steps. Subscription boxes, I use as my reward for sticking to my exercise goals and the beauty/skin products are my pampering pleasures.

I write my workout regimen the night before and mark off each thing I’ve done as I do them and if i don’t get to everything, I add it to the next day. I don’t use and subscription boxes yet for fitness. But I would love to

I love working out at home, it’s easy and affordable! I don’t use subscription boxes for working out really.

Kathy Stone

I try to get up early.

I do workouts using Insanity DVD’s at home. That way the weather can not be an excuse not to workout. I like when subscription boxes include good snacks to have after working out also when they include practical items like fitness gear.

My dog helps me keep up the motivation to walk and I motivate him by giving him treats from sub boxes

Normally I alternate yoga, pilates and going to the gym (indoor track, various cardio machines and weights). This summer we’ve been packing to move and I’m going up and downstairs all day every day carrying furniture and boxes – not fun but it’s going to have to count as a workout because I’m not managing anything else. AARGH. My boxes aren’t helping me exercise but they do make me happy and I need that right now.
