  1. Does anyone know when they bill for the Fall box?

  2. Has anyone tried to cancel their subscription?? ….. just wondering if this will be an ordeal or relatively easy…. 🙂

    • I canceled. It was a pain. It took them TWO WEEKS to respond to the customer service message (one of the ways they recommend cancelling) to confirm my subscription was cancelled. That being said, I emailed to cancel close to the billing date and my card was not charged (the only positive part of my experience with their customer service)

    • I did through email, and it took a few days to get a reply. I specifically asked them to send me confirmation of my cancellation.
