I’m brand new to Birchbox. Signed up on Sept. 2 and was hoping to see box shipped out by the 10th as the website said. It shipped out on the 12th, no worries. Today is now the 18th. It is still sitting in some warehouse according to tracking I am following … not impressed but if the shipping is free, I guess you get what you pay for 🙁 Still waiting …

Are there shipping issues with other boxes too? I haven’t received any shipping emails for Nylon Box Sept, FFF (I did have add ons), Popsugar sale items, Allure Box Sept and I ordered a Popsugar Gilt City box. Any updates on those?

I received my box last Friday and I have to say it’s the first box I’ve loved in a long long while .I got the curated box and it came in a beautiful gold decorated box

Last month I received my box 2 weeks after it said it was shipped. So far I am still waiting. I probably will cancel since this seems to be an ongoing problem. Tracking says it is still in KY and hasn’t left. Really bummed as I really liked the company before the change in shipping.
