  1. My box arrived with the tissue paper the purse is wrapped in stuck to the leather. The fibers from the tissue paper were embedded in the leather. Tried everything to get that off but much of it remained embedded. My rings were slightly tarnished but i polished it off.
    Sent photos and received a replacement. The replacement purse arrived with a scratch in leather where the navy color was completely missing. The python print was lob sided and one corner was sewn poorly and appears droopy. It looks ridiculous. Provided photos and was told sorry we can give you a 10$ credit towards next box.
    Really disappointed as the purse was why I purchased the box. Just a warning for others, in my experience, this is the worst quality box BOS has come out with thus far. Perhaps you will be fortunate to not have any issues but I figured people should know what happens if you’re not.

  2. Just an FYI for everyone…I’m beyond frustrated with Box of Style and buyer beware!!! I have been an annual member for 3 years, I picked my selection way before the due date, they failed to send me my box until I reached out to them, triple charged me for my annual subscription, then when I received my box it was missing items and did not have my selection. So I reached out again and they said we are sorry it’s sold out. This is after I confirmed twice that my selection was made. Then as a sorry, they offered me $10 to resubscribe, are you kidding me. I also purchased both add-ons the necklace/earrings and notebook set and they just told me they sold out of those too. This is unacceptable customer service, it shouldn’t be this difficult to receive the items I purchased, picked and paid for months ago. They once were my favorite subscription but I can do without it, and obviously, that does not matter to the company.

  5. I really dislike when companies offer discounts or coupons, but then say they can’t be combined.

    So you are then forced to choose between which offer is more valuable to you. 30% or free shipping – but those aren’t the same thing. Are they?

I just ordered this box because of the Tatcha promo code and it accepted the code on my order but it isn’t showing up anywhere on my confirmation screen after ordering nor on my confirmation email. I’ve had problems in the past with RZ customer service so I’m a little concerned. I’ve emailed them to confirm the Tatcha promo but their email response is usually slow…I’m hoping they don’t try to ship my box without the Tatcha before answering my email.
    Did anyone else order with the code yet? Did the Tatcha show up on your confirmation?
    Thanks for any help!

    • Same thing happened to me! I saw the promo code was accepted and in the summary box, but once I hit submit with payment, it wasn’t in the final summary. I also emailed them. I don’t want the box if I don’t get the Tatcha.

    • This happened to me with the jewelry holder last time and they said it was fine and showed on their end. It was shipped way after the box though so don’t forget to follow up or confirm in an email just so you have that in case there is an issue. They are slow to respond but helpful once you get someone.
