Shouldn’t we be getting another spoiler soon? I love this box and can’t wait!

We wish. The gap between each box has been steadily increasing. If this one continues the trend, it won’t be released before December.

Warning: This company is a scam. Do not send them your credit card information.

This was posted on a few different threads. Please clarify what happened and why you think they are scamming you.

Read the other comments below. I think they’ve been sending boxes weeks/months late with missing or substituted items. There’s also some discussion on other forums about even more issues. Good luck if you are a subscriber!

This seems like a company on the way out. The products are getting less appealing and cheaper, they grossly inflate RV, and it looks like customer service is in the toilet. I would say the 40 percent off is license for more foul packets and paper coasters

Taren

Hope not, I do love the products! When did they give paper coasters? I’d be pretty upset about that, but I’ve yet to see those in my last 3 boxes.

It was in Volume 1.4: https://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2015/08/oui-please-subscription-box-review-vol-1-4.html

I had mine laminated because they would have fallen apart quickly.

Susan

Agree. I can’t imagine what those that actually paid full price for the annual must be thinking. I got it at 30% off and I’m worried they will fold before the next 5 boxes come out.

This is my favorite box but I have been missing items from my last two boxes, and I’ve paid for two annual subscriptions yet have only been receiving one box. I’m trying to get customer service to reply, though I only seem to get occasional replies. It’s been frustrating and a headache BUT, the products and boxes are so very nice that I’m hoping things improve.

Try messaging them through Facebook and IG. That’s how they replied to my queries finally.

Thanks, I’ve resorted to that before also! It’s funny, after I posted this yesterday, they finally emailed me back that my package was on its way?! Fingers crossed!

I was one of the very first subscribers to OuiPlease and after a year of drama with delivery schedules, I thought it was best to leave it be and never again get hooked.
It appears, based on all the recent comments that nothing has changed. Bait and switch, broken promises, spoiling fabulous items that only 2 people will get and delivering weeks late…always. Not even at 40% off is this worth the anxiety.
The quality of the items in the box has also drastically gone down.

Mary

Is this box shipping on a more consistent schedule? What if I prepay for a year and not all six boxes get shipped out?

Reply ButtonReply

Susan

No. The July box shipped two weeks ago and many still have not received their boxes or responses to their inquiries of when they will ship. The next one is said to be October. They come out every 3 months or so now.

Please if your thinking your getting a great deal, please read all the comments on the previous reveal on the last box which myself and others have NOT received yet…and CS will NOT respond to our messages!!! I LOVE This box and hate how myself and others have be treated…PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

Thanks for the warnings! The 40% is sort of a red flag, too, like Loot crate and their constant sales.

I’d definitely recommend doing the monthly (or bi-monthly I guess it is) box rather than the annual. Yes, 40% off is a great deal…and I really like the products in this box. But I have had SOOO many customer service issues with Oui Please (expired products/missing products/promising things then not delivering/never delivering orders placed and paid for months ago, no response to emails) that I really wish I hadn’t locked myself into the annual. Plus with their shipping schedule, an “annual” will typically take 18 months or more to be fulfilled…to be honest, with all their many issues, I don’t feel completely confident that they will still be in business that far down the road. I think the monthly is a safer bet.

Shelby

Also, with the annual sub cost down 40%, that makes each box cost $65, which seems a great deal. I might have do this. At that price, I could afford this. That’s just under $33 a month over the full 12 months.

It’s four sets of the large travel packets, according to Sephora. From the linked item description (when you expand it):

This set contains:
– 4 x 0.3 oz Haute Performance Shampoo packets
– 4 x 0.3 oz/ 8.8 mL Haute Performance Conditioner packets
– 4 x 0.3 oz/ 8.8 mL Haute Performance Finishing Serum packets
– Comb

I’ve never got this box before but have always wanted to try it was excited to see the 40% off coupon then I saw the spoiler and I’m not exactly jumping on this deal now

Tara

I have purchased this shampoo and conditioner in full size. They are great. Make my hair silky soft. I’ve sampled the serum too which I love. This is a box with 4 of each packet I believe. Full size is $33 for 6 oz shampoo and $39 for conditioner.

Laurie

Tough crowd. This product has really great reviews and I’m excited to try it. Was bummed we didn’t get the CR volumnizing paste so I do hope this is full size with comb.

Reply ButtonReply

Victoria

Foil packets and a comb? Really!?!

Reply ButtonReply

Kc

It’s just the brand that’s the spoiler like how last time they had that christoph robin volimizing paste that no one got.

Reply ButtonReply

ME

I already have an annual subscription & may get this box as a gift if we get another spoiler. 40% is great.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

Hmmmm….the 40% drew me in for a look but that spoiler? Nothing! If they spoil a good item before the 40% ends, I may get my first Oui Please box.

Reply ButtonReply

Lauren

Are sample packets the spoiler? I see them in the background.

Reply ButtonReply

CaliforniaJanet

Yep…according to the included link (that links to Sephora), the “sample pack” includes 3 packets (.3 oz each) and a comb. Definitely NOT impressed!

Reply ButtonReply

Cathleen

I believe the pack includes four of each of the three sample types – so twelve packets in total – plus the comb.

Susan

$28.50 value as the first spoiler? Is it April Fool’s Day?

Reply ButtonReply

Kari

huh, not much of a spoiler.
