The info card has a cute note from Perry on the front...

and a little blurb about each selected card maker on the back!

Stay Cool Card - Value $5

I wish you could see the true neon pink/orangey color of these cool shades, but the camera doesn't capture neons quite as well as our eyes. Take my word for it! I personally have sunnies this shape, so I enjoy this letterpress card from And Here We Are, hailing from Columbus, OH. The card has a nice natural texture to it, and is blank on the inside so you can express whatever feelings you have on your own. This one comes with a bright mustard yellow envelope!

Bingo Birthday Card - Value $5

Next, we have a birthday card from Farmwood Press. Perhaps suited for someone who doesn't feel like their age, this card reminds them that "age ain't nothing but a number". It features a red letterpress bingo card with yellow blotters on it. I like that they carried that over to the back. It's all about detail! The red envelope that comes with it matches the bingo card, of course!

Polka Dot Card - Value $5.50

The third and final card this month is covered in red, green, yellow, and grey polka dots. It certainly reminds me of confetti, so this feels like a card to celebrate something with. Printerette Press (cute name!) has left this card blank on the inside, so you don't have to use it the same way I might. I love the way the letterpress texture feels as I run my fingers across it! It comes with a natural brown envelope to keep it simple.

Stamps x3– Value $1.47

I'm loving the stamp selection this month. I just had a great idea: I'm going to start putting the stamps directly on the envelopes NOW, so I have no reason to not immediately mail these once written.

Verdict: This is the first Nicely Noted I've received and I'm happy to see that there's a letterpress-specific card subscription! It's kind of nice to only receive three cards per month so not to get overwhelmed with having too many to send out! All of the cards are great quality by small letterpress companies. Even though this month, the retail value ($16.97) doesn't total the cost ($20 + free shipping), I can't always get to the card shop, and they seem to have great taste, so I trust them to curate for me.

You can see the quality in the cards…very nice and sending stamps is a great idea….if you have a child away in college what a nice sub for them to receive. It would be more “satisfying” if the value equaled or surpassed the cost.
