All these discounts and sales make me want to drop my four year subscription. They can’t keep their current customers happy due to lack of customer service and the products are slowly going downhill. Boxy Charm is another one that is headed in the same direction. They both want to increase their subscriber base yet ignore their current subscribers. Time to find a smaller company that takes care of their base.
