  1. I placed a small order August 29 and the shipping confirmation says it was delivered August 4 however I did not receive it
    I sent an email to customer service and have yet to receive a response so I sent another email today and remain hopeful
    This was my first time purchasing from Birchbox and I am wondering if their customer service team is usually responsive and helpful since that has not been the case for me

  2. i purchased some makeup from them and it took a month to receive it. i am so thankful they are addressing it, because it honestly made me never want to order from them again.

  3. Customer service finally got back to me and said they’re re sending my box. My tracking never updated but the shipping notice says my box has already arrived.

    • I placed a rather large order on 8/9–tracking states that it was delivered on 8/19, but I never received it.
      Customer service has still not replied or addressed the situation.

  4. My box and my extras are still not here I live in North Carolina if that makes any difference. I’m so mad. I keep getting told to be patient. I’m running low now. I might cancel this box 2nd month in a row that it has been late.

  5. I finally got my box yesterday after receiving the same postponement email last week.

  6. I really hope I get my box for this month. It is a really good box for once go figure.

    • Nevermind I just checked my account again and it finally shows out for delivery today!! Yesterday I couldn’t even access my tracking information at all. YAY!!!

  7. Isn’t she the one who wants to use her subscribers as a stepping stone for her b&m shops or am I thinking of someone else?

    I still am running off my annual subscription and my box was super late but I don’t even bother emailing them anymore about issues. With Birchbox it is what it is and if you can’t deal get out of the kitchen seems to be their motto.

  8. My box says it was delivered last week but it wasn’t. I contacted them, but no reply. I also have an order that hasn’t arrived with no updated tracking. I’m hopeful that everything will still arrive eventually or if they are lost, BB will make it right.

  9. I emailed them yesterday about my monthly box. My tracking hasn’t updated since the 8th. They got back to me this morning saying they are rushing out another box and then followed up later with a tracking number for the new box.

  10. Even though I have been with Birchbox since the beginning, my box always ships out on the 10th. And I am one of the unlucky ones with no shipping updates. I will be surprised if I get the box in August at this point. I’m disappointed that they aren’t adding points to our account or something like that.

  11. I received my regular monthly box in record time, and I live on the west coast.

    It’s the orders that I placed on 8/9 and 8/10 that have me concerned. I have no idea where they are and if they are indeed in transit. I contacted CS on the 18th, and have not had any response, which is unusual. This explains it…they’re buried!

  12. I received my box very early this month, earlier than ever, in fact. I was surprised but now that I know they have a new shipping partner, it makes sense. I will say that whenever I have ordered something from the Birchbox Shop, it always was sent out the next business day or the day after that. Since I’ve waited a month or longer for some PSMH or Glossybox LE boxes, Birchbox has always been a much smoother and faster shipping experience for me.

  13. I ordered a LE box when they went on sale 2 weeks ago and still showing up as across the country! Getting impatient.
