We used to get the premium box for $35 a month. After about 6 or 7 months of posting the box on their social media saying how much we love it every month, the weather got warmer and we got a box full of melted chocolates. At first I called the post office to complain that maybe they had it on the truck too long and it melted. They said there was no “perishable” sticker on the box so they weren’t accountable and that if they have food in the box they are supposed to put “perishable” so I contacted the company on facebook and via email. It all went downhill from there. They were so rude and unprofessional. I asked for a mgr or someone to contact me but they never did. I was offered a free candy with my next box and I asked them what if it’s melted as well since it’s only going to get hotter and they don’t do anything to keep the snacks from melting. I asked for a refund of half the box since half of it was melted and ruined. I sent them pictures of every item like they asked for. They offered 2 extra items, then 3. Once again I asked how they could assure me the next box wouldn’t arrive melted and I asked for a supervisors phone number or to have them contact me. I was BLOCKED on facebook!! Finally, 3 weeks later they responded to my emails after I posted my experience on Twitter. Their solution was to offer me $10 refund. Since they had blocked me and waited almost a month to give me any sort of refund, I accepted and will NEVER subscribe again. Be VERY careful if you sub to this box.
