It’s been open awhile now. I know the past couple weeks when I’ve been on Sephora it’s been across the top. Not sure if it’s still showing as a banner but it was for awhile. I just figured enough people finally got tired of it. I’m a Rouge, so I spend plenty at Sephora..so lots of love! Just not for their sub!lol Hoping it improves!!!!
