To anyone who bought an Annual Sub: Don’t give up on Oui yet! Things are happening! It took three email attempts, but Their CS finally got back to me and I am all set on my selections.

What did you all say in your emails? I’ve sent four emails, a FB message, and an Instagram comment. They actually replied to my Instagram comment saying they would reply to my emails soon, but that was several days ago. All I want is a confirmation that they got my choices down 🙁 Their CS is worse than Glossybox’s.

I’m having the same issue and am beginning to regret purchasing an annual subscription. I haven’t received an email to make my selections, and I’ve sent them two emails about it, but have heard nothing back. Terrible customer service.

Same here. I told them yesterday that I would dispute my charges if they don’t respond. I ordered an a la carte box two weeks ago (in addition to an annual subscription) and am seeing people saying they ordered a la carte in May and June yet nothing. I am worried that if I wait that long my bank won’t help me out. Someone has the time to post on FB and IG. They should have the time to respond to a simple question. Their website says five business days to ship an a la carte order. I think not. So frustrating.

It says on their FAQ page that we should get a tracking number once it ships, but I’ve realized they have godawful costumer service. So, who knows if we’ll receive any kind of delivery confirmation 🙁

I love this box and have gotten decent customer service from Ashley. I will say, when I email my choices I don’t get a confirmation reply, but I don’t feel that’s a big deal because it’s been correct when the box arrives, nothing worth cancelling over.

I felt the same until I got my last box from them, which was a one-time “numero” box from their recent à la carte sale. My box was missing one item and had one incorrect (expensive!) item. I’ve emailed them (Ashley, orders@, service@, info@) four times over the course of 2 weeks and have not received a single response. Right before this struggle box I’d gotten my first box of an annual sub, which was missing the nail polish and didn’t meet the promised retail value. Man, I’m kind of dreading the rest of this sub. It shouldn’t fall on the customers to take care of this stuff, especially when this is nowhere near a new issue for OP. Ergh.

I haven’t received an email about anything! Not received payment, choices, NOTHING. TO ME, THAT IS A HUGE DEAL AND IS WORTH CANCELING OVER. THESE SUB BOXES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FUN-NOT ANXIETY INDUCING, ESPECIALLY AT THESE PRICES.

When I signed up online an email was sent to my email address on file showing my payment and the start and end date of the sub. If you log into your account you can also see this information. Did you get the “France at your doorstep” email when you signed up?

I have two subs with them. The Shipping issues are true, but once you get your box, it’s so lovely that you are happy you ordered. Hope that helps!

Oh boy. Those boxes came a couple months ago. I had that two boxes ago, they just forgot to send me my second box. I had to hound them for about a week and eventually got it, but I’m concerned that they won’t have stock anymore. Be on top of them and hopefully they’ll send you enough stuff to make up for the aggravation! Good luck!

The link in the email to choose your fouta opens up an email to Ashley @ouiplease.com, so you should be able to send her an email with your selection.

I love that they are allowing customization, but I’m really beginning to sweat it since I’ve not received an email to choose the bracelet, and they have ignored my email attempts to contact them.

Their customer service is actually awesome. Once I accidentally ordered two boxes (100% my fault) and they REFUNDED me for one (leaving only some small charge, maybe it was for shipping, I don’t remember). Once they forgot my nail polish but very promptly sent one when I brought it to their attention. I think they probably just get a lot of emails and figure some don’t warrant a response. But they are definitely listening and care about their subscribers

Same for me. Ashley sent me a reply to my email regarding missing items from my spring box. She said they were sending replacements that day. 6 weeks and several emails later I have received no further responses or the products. I have an annual, but love what I received. I’ll have to see what the future cs evolves into before renewing. Too bad…because thier product is outstanding!

My experience is so different with customer service. I had a box go missing for months, finally got it after many, many emails. I am still missing an expired product from months ago, a fouta from last year and never got that missing nail polish. In my experience, they often reply right away to the first email with promises of whatever you’re missing, then don’t follow up. It’s been a very frustrating experience with them. I’m still with them because I bought an annual.

In my experience, their customer service is outstanding, and I have a feeling that despite nobody contacting us back about our picks, they’re being recorded. Last oui box, I ordered 2 and they told me if I did decide to order the 2nd, they’d flag it so I got different variations. I emailed them when I placed my second order and never got a response, but both boxes were 110% completely different!

I’m sure they are recording the picks of the people that they emailed, it’s those of us who haven’t received any emails whatsoever who seem to be worried, and IMO, rightfully so. On the forum I see that people who either never subscribed, or who had at one point but no longer do have received selection emails. The whole thing seems bizarre.
I’m not cancelling over this, I have faith that everything will work out, I would just like some reassurance from them lol.

I completely agree with TNmomX3 – their customer service is outstanding. Ashley is on top of everything whether you hear back or not. I have two subs and my boxes are always completely different (what I asked for). They’re the best!

I just sent another email. I have heard nothing since signing up. Told them if the didn’t respond by monday, I was canceling my credit card. There is no excuse for their lack of response.
