NatureBox has updated their subscription model. NatureBox is now a members-only snack buying service – the membership cost is $5 a month. That $5 will be credited towards your first snack purchase every month. You can cancel your membership at any time. You may buy as many snacks as you like each month – the $5 is simply for access to purchase the snacks. If you do not use the $5 in during the month, it will roll over to the new month.

If you were on a recurring subscription plan, those deliveries will continue – which also grants us a free membership to the new Club – so we can buy additional snacks. NatureBox is no longer open to new subscriptions, though, only to the new NatureBox Club membership.

Whole Wheat Strawberry Figgy Bars, 6 oz – Value $4.49 (Member Price $3.49)

I love fig bars, and these soft, squishy, three-bite versions are delicious. I didn’t get much of a strawberry flavor, but I loved the brown-sugary flavor of the bar and the not-too-sweet filling. Note that these bars come individually wrapped inside the usual zip-shut bag, so they’re easy to take on the road, either in a lunch bag or a purse. I’m totally taking one of these with me the next time I have an afternoon of errands ahead of me!

Lemon Almond Biscotti Bites, 3 oz – Value $4.29 (Member Price $3.29)

These cookies are so good! I like biscotti but not enough to eat a big long chunk of it with my coffee in the morning. These biscotti, by comparison, only take three or four bites to get through. It’s just enough vanilla-ish, lemony sweetness to feel like a treat, but not so much to feel like a full-on dessert. The bits of almond provide a nice bite, too.

Sticks ‘n’ Stones, 4.5 oz – Value $4.69 (Member Price $3.69)

I can crush a bag of salty snacks, especially when they’re as tasty as this mix of sesame sticks and nuts. These treats are salted just so, which makes them super addictive to munch on. I like the combination of crispy sesame sticks, tender cashews, and crunchy, filling almonds. These give me the same salty-snack satisfaction that I’d get from a bag of chips, but I feel much better spending those calories on hearty, nutritious nuts.

Sweet and Salty Nut Medley – Value $5.99 (Member Price $3.49)

Speaking of super satisfying snacks…! I could eat this blend of nuts by the handful. They’re lightly coated in honey and salt, which is the perfect flavor combination—sweet and savory all at once. And again, I feel way better about downing a bunch of these nuts than I would eating say, a bunch of peanut M&Ms.

Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Stars, 4 oz – Value $4.49 (Member Price $3.79)

I’m not a fan of gummies or fruit snacks, so I passed these on to a friend to try. According to her, these are firmer snacks, almost like a fruit leather (minus the seeds), and they have a flavor that’s heavy on the strawberry, light on the lemonade. They’re not too chewy, and they’re made with cellulose, rather than gelatin, so vegan friends can enjoy them!

Verdict: These snacks were delicious! I love that I can enjoy so many satisfying flavors without sacrificing the quality of the food I’m eating. In this box, I got $24.00 of snacks for about $18.00, part of which was covered by my $5.00 membership fee. I’ve got plenty of snacks to see me through the month, so I’m a happy customer!

  1. I always get a bunch of these bags from NatureBox when they have their 50% off sales and at this point I’ve tried just about all the different types of snacks they have and I can tell u I love that biscotti & the fruit bars and even the fruit stars(remind me of fruit roll ups). Every time I get a shipment from these guys I know I’m set on snacks for awhile!
