Amuse Korohamu Koron Plush - Value $4.20

I'm not familiar with Korohamu Koron, but boy, is he cute. Looks like there are four variations, and I received the realistic brown hamster! He's got a stretchy pink loop on top so you can hang him on to your tote bag or anywhere else you want him to join you. He's holding a small cookie that he seems to be guarding. I love looking at his fuzzy backside! Hehehe.

My Melody Drawstring Bag - Value $3.80

My Melody is all over the subscriptions boxes lately! She's been kicking it with Sanrio since '76 which means she is the same age as my older brother. I don't think they know each other though. I really like her sheep (lamb?) friend on the back of the bag (there are different scenes on each side). It measures 7.5" tall and a little over 5" wide and seems to be made of a pretty durable nylon type fabric, so rest assured your things will be safe.

Blippo Neko Coin Purse - Value $3.90

I'm crazy about kitties, so I love this coin purse! Out of the four variations, I'm glad I got the grey kitters because it's the cutest! It's made of a sort of faux-leather material and has a cute fish charm that dangles from the zipper, as well as a keychain. This would be good to use when you head to the amusement park this summer and don't want to try and cram your whole wallet into your fanny pack (am I the only one who wears a fanny pack to the amusement park?). At almost 5.5" wide and 4" tall, it's just bigger than an ID and ATM card that you may need. Plenty of room for some cash, too.

Donut Neko Mechanical Pencil - Value $1.90

I really love that Kawaii Box always comes with a pen or pencil! This month, it's a mechanical pencil featuring a lil kitty hanging to dry on it with the words "Love Sun". Okay? It also has a totally random-seeming donut hanging from the top! I don't think cats and donuts have much in common, but I am on board with it.

Bourbon Petit Strawberry Cookies - Value $2.90

Um- these are awesome. I'm normally not a strawberry flavor loving person, but these teeny chocolate chip cookies are delicious! They come in a little plastic tray for minimal smashing in the shipping process. I've seen this bear before and I like their style.

Blippo Kaomoji Squishy Charm - Value $1.40

Steamed buns are so tasty, so I'm sad that I can't eat this! BUT I love to squish it, so all is forgiven. This might be my favorite thing from this month's box and I don't know why. This soft smooshable bun also has a loop so you can hang it from something to bring you joy! I think I need to put it in my car somewhere to soothe my road rage.

Pastel Ice Cream Fan - Value $3.50

I don't know about you all, but summer in Pittsburgh is already oppressive, and this handheld fan is sure to hook up a small breeze for me when I need it. The colors are so fun! The combo of pink, blue, and purple immediately cheer me up and make me forget that it's humid and 90 degrees out. What you have to do is point this fan at yourself and depress the plastic lever which gets the blades spinnin'! You'll only get about four seconds of wind with each push, but it's pretty fun to use and is powerful enough to give yourself windblown hair for that beach selfie.

Blippo Summer Fruits Hairpins - Value $1.10

Look at that goofy smile these teeny apple clips have invoked. To be honest, I will not wear these out of the house, but I will 100% use these to keep my hair back when washing my face or applying makeup. It's the little things in life, ya know?

Sparkle Neko & Inu Stickers - Value $2.10?

IT'S STICKER TIME. My favorite time. I don't use stickers at the same rate that I acquire stickers, but who is really going to judge me? NO ONE. Because I keep my sticker collection hidden from the judging eyes of other adults. I am mostly a "cat person", but I've loved a few dogs in my day (Buckles being one), so I can appreciate all of the cuties on this page. There are literally hundreds of stickers when I search "Sparkle Neko & Inu Stickers" on the blippo site, so I'm going to guesstimate the value of these.

Soft Summer Cake Charm - Value $2.10

Darn it. Another squishy thing I cannot eat. Oh well. It still makes me smile! Unfortunately, the little yellow chunks keep flaking off of the cake, but otherwise, this is a fun charm. It also has a loop for hanging purposes.

Verdict: Kawaii Box is seriously one of my favorite boxes. Every month I get SO EXCITED to see all the cute things in it and am rarely disappointed. I think they keep getting better, too. By my calculations, July's box is worth $26.90 retail, and it costs $24.90. I would easily spend that much on lattes in one week, and they don't even make me that happy, so I think the price is well worth all the joy that Kawaii Box brings. It's also reasonably enough priced that I wouldn't mind giving some of these things away to friends that would appreciate them as little tokens of my affection.

I have been seeing these reviews for quite some time and need to ask several questions:
Inquiring minds what to know: Is this box for little girls or grown women?????
How can you tell that the white thing is a bun?????
If it is a children’s box why are there bourbon cookies?????
Also, there should always be a writing implement and paper in each box. All little girls love it.
Come on down to Eastern NC where the temperature is averaging 95+ and heat index up to 108 degrees.
I am not being critical in my comments. I am an introvert/Virgo and am told that we come off blunt and rude—-which I don’t mean to. There is a new sub box for Introverts. Might need to subscribe.

I agree with Cookie; this box is for any age individual who enjoys a bit of kawaii in their life!
Oooh- the weather in NC sounds a bit too hot for me! I think I’ll stay up north. 😉

The cookies don’t have bourbon in them (I don’t think anyway), Bourbon is the brand. My local Indian market sells a really tasty Bourbon chocolate creme-filled cookie. Sooo good with coffee.

As for the rest of your post, I think this box can be for whomever likes it! It would be a great box for young girls, I think they would enjoy playing around with things like little coin purses and stickers. But there’s no reason adults can’t enjoy it either. Put the little stickers on birthday cards (I think kids in particular would like getting a birthday card with those stickers in it). Hang the charms on your handbag and rock them with pride.
