I was so overwhelmed with the positive feedback from last month's review (and the first of it's kind). I'm excited to review another selection of items and hear what you all have to say about this one as well. Keep the comments flowing!

This month's theme is "Vanilla", a scent that almost anyone can appreciate. This card gives a little background to the orchid that has aphrodisiac qualities. For some, vanilla correlates with a greater increase in sexual arousal, and for others creates a feeling of comfort and peace, with a sense of safety.

This card details the items in the "Vanilla" Queen Bee Box.

Shunga Vanilla Fetish Massage Candle, 1 oz. - Value $6.00

This soy candle, along with smelling like wonderful soft vanilla, becomes a massage oil when melted. The small size allows for easy travel, and the tin is pretty enough to save to keep some small items organized after all the fun is done. I've never personally used a massage oil candle, so I'm excited to receive it this month to try out!

Orglamix Tahitian Vanilla Perfume Spray - Value $24.00 (unable to find this particular scent, so I linked to different one for pricing)

This perfume spray is a mix of sweet and floral, and can be sprayed anywhere on your body. This would make a great spray for your sheets and pillow as well. I think it's a little too much for me, since I normally don't love florals on myself.

Summer's Skin Mint Cream Honey Body Wash, 8 oz. - Value $12.95

Really loving this body wash! It came wrapped super cutely, (and in a plastic baggy just in case). I kind of love when products come in a frosted glass bottle because it makes it look so classy. This body wash is made from only a few ingredients and isn't overly scented at all. It contains mint, honey, vanilla, and ylang ylang so it smells divine. It left my skin feeling really soft and moisturized.

Sliquid Essentials Cube - Value $10.74 (via Amazon)

This cube of 12 5ml packets is so awesome! In the cube, you receive two packets of six different lubricants from Sliquid to try out and see what works best for you. All of their lubricants are natural and come as water or silicone based (you'll get a bit of both in the cube). You can check them all out on their website here. I like the idea of small packs that can be carried with you for travel, or a night out that may end up as a night in.

S-Hande Soft S  - Value $78.99? (I could only find a wholesale price for this exact item, so I am comparing to something similar online for estimated retail value)

The main reason we are all here is this month's "personal massager". Looks like there is some color variation here, but I received the Soft S in purple!

This medical grade silicone toy comes in a black box that you can use for storage when it needs to be tucked away.

There are two small cards with instructions on how to use, as well as a thank you and customer service contact.

The violet-hued dual-massager measures just under 8" from end to end, and under 1.5" in diameter. Did I mention it's waterproof? Yep, it is.

The two different "arms" allow you to access two different pleasure areas at the same time. This makes me very happy, because sometimes you need a little bit of both. When describing the type of vibrations this toy delivers, I'd have to go with more of a rumble for the larger part, coupled with a buzzy smaller appendage. This one is also more on the quiet side, as I find some of the larger ones are more akin to be.

Similar to larger massagers these days, this one is also rechargeable via USB cord. Once fully charged, you can get up to 2 hours of use.

The Soft S has seven different modes to toggle through on the handle, located beneath the power button. The vary from constant, to sporadic, with variations in between. I couldn't pass up the photo opportunity to show my matching nails. It was meant to be!

The last item is in the mystery goody bag! What do you think is in here?

It's a Heart + Honey bee magnet! She is already posted up on my refrigerator.

Verdict: Heart + Honey has wowed me again with their thoughtful curated box of pleasure. I liked that this one was a bit more heavy on body-related items instead of accessories that may or may not be my style. Everything I received will get used, even if the perfume wasn't exactly my scent-preference. I love vanilla, so all of the items were a hit with me. As far as pricing is concerned, after estimating the retail cost of the massager, I got a retail value of over $130 for this $69.99 subscription box. The entire *vibe* of this box is so positive, centering around your sexual and emotional health. I love that it exists and I will continue to get excited for everything they send my way!

I love this box!! I was hesitant to try it after the sunglasses and bracelet in the June box but July’s box is fantastic!!! I hope this sub continues to focus on sexual/sensual wellbeing. I have several lifestyle and beauty boxes that supply all the sunglasses and jewelry I’ll ever need. Thanks for the great review! Please keep reviewing this box.

TK- agreed! I really enjoyed the body/beauty related items this month as opposed to the accessories as well. I think it fits with the overall theme of the subscription better!

Another great box and review! If this box wasn’t so expensive, I think I’d get it. I’m still considering buying the bunny from last month. ha! 🙂

Marne

That bunny is hard to resist, right?
There IS a slightly less expensive ($55) version of this box called the Bumble Bee in which you still get a toy, so it’s something to consider if you don’t want to spend the full $69.99.

Alex

I love this box. Totally worth every penny. I was hoping they would include lubricant so the sampler is nice. I wouldn’t mind a full sized one though. And the toys are quality and pretty even 😊 I’m so happy you are reviewing this box because you do a fantastic job! Thx

Marne

Thank you for the kind words, Alex! I agree that this box is really worth more than you pay. I too was stoked on the sample cube! Maybe a full size bottle is in our future?

Kris

As I posted last month, I really appreciate your reviews on this box. The importance of sexual health is so often ignored and minimized. Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading your reviews! Thanks.

Thanks for the love, Kris!! Hoping to do others as well!

Agreed!!

Flo

Love the instructions. Definitely agree you should not wash it in gasoline.

Reply ButtonReply

Marne

Haha omg I didn’t even catch that!

Thea

And you just know someone actually did that, because it’s too random to be on there “just because”. Lol.

Stefanie

How funny were those cleaning instructions!?! 😂😂😂

Jen

I love the sex positive tone of your reviews and think this box looks really intriguing. I am curious about whether they will add some variety to the toy selection in upcoming months. That growing stash of vibrators under the bed might feel like…too much of a good thing after 6 or 12 months of subscribing. Otherwise, this is a really good idea for a box, and it appears to be nicely put together. I’m glad MSA is reviewing this one!

Marne

Thanks, Jen! I was actually just thinking the same thing after receiving another vibrating toy this month. There are definitely plenty to choose from out there, so I’m always eager to see what’s in the next box. Fingers crossed!

Allison

Great review! I have not seen anything like this before.
Does this sub have variations?
Do you have the ability to set preferences or customize in any way?

Reply ButtonReply

Marne

Hey Allison!
Unfortunately, there aren’t preferences available, but there are different versions!
The Bumble Bee Box is $55.00 and contains a quality sex toy/accessory plus 2 to 4 sexual and lifestyle products.
The Queen Bee Box (this one) is $69.99 and contains a luxury sex toy/accessory plus 2 to 5 premium sexual and lifestyle products.
Then there’s a couple’s version as well.
Hope that helps!
