My box for July had the Dr. Paw Paw, La Roche, Doucce blush, the NCLA Clean up your act, some after sun lotion, and instead of the soap, shampoo and conditioner, I got a full sized Aerin Tangier Vanille Body wash. I don’t use body washes, so I’m a bit disappointed, despite the $60 value. Well.. it will make a nice gift.

I hated everything about my first box (except for the box itself). The survey lists products I did not receive and that cheap cardboard lipstick in Death Beige looks awful on my fair skin! There is no way I will continue with this service. It is not worth $21 a month! This is the worst sub service I’ve ever had.

I am so disappointed. I just got my July box yesterday and I got the blue and green box. I’m curious whether everyone that got that box had the same items inside. My box had:
Dr. Paw Paw Balm
NCLA Clean up your act
De Bruyère After-Sun Lotion
La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser (normal to dry skin, my skin is oily)
Doucce Blush Palette (broken up)
Trifle Cosmetics Lip Parfait (as a fair skinned person, the last thing I need is a lipstick to make my lips match my face)
Looks like I pretty much got all of the cheap stuff. Good thing I’m only subscribed for three months and only paid $10 for this.

The first ingredient in the PawPaw balm is petrolatum.
Petrolatum is found in many hair care products, lip balms, soaps and skin care products. It’s also known as mineral oil jelly, and it’s used as a barrier to lock moisture in the skin and to make hair shine.
But this petrochemical can be contaminated with cancer-causing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The European Union considers it a carcinogen and restricts its use in cosmetics.

Not to mention that the new word for made in China is made in PRC. Seriuosly? I think most people can figure out People’s Republic of China.
That cardboard Lipstick in Death Beige? I am very fair and it washed me out.
I hated everything in my box. I have a survey listed at the site for things I did not receive.
I usually can find something to like about my other sub boxes/bags but this one is a hot mess!

I got this variation but instead of the Aerin soap I got a lipstick in a horrible shade that matches my fair skin and makes me look like a ghost. There’s a $22 value difference between version #2 and the box I got. Not cool. I also requested the pink and orange box and got the purple and yellow one. I don’t understand why they had a survey if they weren’t going to honor our choices.
I did like the blush (perfect to wear with my Sweet Peach palette), the NCLA remover pen and the lip balm, however.

I wanted to pick my next blush and I followed the instructions and there is nothing to pick a colour under my surveys. Any help here? I did the review for the blush but no option to pick a colour.

This is the second time I’ve posted a comment on a review and I don’t see it. Perhaps I missed it? Are the comments being reviewed and filtered to such an extent now that we can’t voice our own personal opinions? Same thing, I got my box yesterday and canceled my sub (I still have August box). Got immediate two e-mails from them: one with cancellation confirmation and second with tracking number. When I went to FedEx with tracking number, there was no information on it.

So weird! This exact same thing happened to me! I have no idea what’s going on. I bought a three month sub, canceled and now I have two as well. My first box is supposed to be here today or tomorrow, but the other tracking number keeps coming up “not found.” I’d love to know if you find anything out!

I received my box today and I got:

💎Skin&Co Roma truffle therapy oil FULL SIZE.
💎Doucce x Glossybox blush palette which is pretty great because it comes with one blush so there is an empty spot and the directions on the insert are when your survey is available you pick another color and it will come in your August box. I thought this month was amazing for glossybox definitely a win for me although I would have loved the soap if anybody wants to trade I have the full size truffle cleansing oil.

I received the same box as you did, unfortunately my blush was broken 🙁 and I already have the After Sun lotion from a prev. Glossybox…… every time I resub, thinking this time it will be different, they disappoint me again. I liked the other items, and since I have one more month for the $10 rate, I will keep it for an additional month, but that’s it, I will stick with my Boxy and Ipsy!

I agree 100% about re-subbing only for the 3 months at $10 per month – I have one month left as well – can I send the cancellation request after my blush issue is sorted (busted like another person’s was) or do I need to wait? I opened my box just moments ago and it’s not identical to this box, but I had a busted blush as well, along with a way too fragrant shampoo and conditioner that I cannot use, and a facial wash for oily skin while my skin is extremely dry and sensitive and my profile states this… Now I have to waste time contacting them about the blush and try to swap away all but maybe 1 item in the box… I should have known better than to give them another chance…!

I got most of the same except, instead of the soap, shampoo and condition, I got a full size Skin @ Co Truffle Therapy Cleansing Oil and the Lait After-Sun Lotion… I’m so happy with the cleansing oil! Great deal for just $10.

I like AERIN products well enough, and if the soap is in my box that’s cool, but aside from brand inflation, there’s no way a single bar of soap is worth $30 😳

But since I already had June, I couldn’t use the coupon. I’m hoping they’ll make that offer again to get rid of this box. I’ve had good luck with GB clearance sales!

Once again, I am so glad I am not subscribed. I remember when Glossybox was offering that special for three months at $10 (among others), a lot of people jumped on it, but I thought even at $10 it won’t bring me any joy if I keep receiving stuff I don’t want and won’t use.
It’s been two boxes already and I saw maybe two items total in the spoilers that I would want to own. Glad I didn’t take them up on any of the offers.

I received mine today. I did the survey last month in which you could pick the color of your box. I chose a green/blue one and got a red/blue one. Oh well. I do like the blush, the Aerin soap (awesome!) and the Dr. Paw Paw stuff, but I could do without the rest. I’ve been a Glossybox subscriber for at least two years now and always find something new or an old goodie. 🙂

Same here wanted blue green, entered it and received purple /yellow yuck–gave it away along w most of the box. I sadly paid $21 and outside of the soap and too smelly shampoo everything was tiny samples

I did the survey and requested blue/green too but I got the yellow/purple (the worst one IMO). It’s just a box so I can’t complain too much, but why bother asking your subscribers to pick a color if you can’t follow through on their choice?
I got the blush (we get to pick a companion color to come in the next box), Dr PawPaw balm, after sun lotion, truffle cleansing oil, some other small facial cleanser, and the nail polish remover pen.
