GlossyBox July 2017 FULL Spoilers #2 + Coupon!

I signed up for the 3 months for $30. My box was awful!

I usually look on the bright side but I got:

Blusher and had no color choice and every box I know puts blush in them

A cleanser lotion. I use foam cleansers. ‘

A nail pen that is dry and I will never use anyway

That Paw Paw I will use for my lips at night

The box is pretty though.

Maybe August will be better!

Well I got the wrong color box and it seems like everyone else did too. It’s disappointing.

Love my July box! (Resubbed for the $10 deal after getting frustrated and I’m super happy with this box!)
I got the 2nd variation with the truffle cleansing oil- can’t wait to try it. I already have the aftersun lotion, but it smells so good I’m happy to have another. Ncla pen is interesting… we’ll see if it works. Blah on the cleanser sample. The blush is awesome and packaging is super cute, I couldn’t find the survey to request the second shade so I sent them an e-mail- I’ll keep all y’all post an on the response.

Oh! I almost forgot about the pawpaw- love it for rehydrating my lips.

This is the first time in a few months that I’m not referring to my GB as my “Grouchybox.” I lucked out. I had requested the green box, and got the green box. I got the NCLA pen, the blush, the PawPaw, laRoche-Posay cleanser, the Luseta coconut shampoo and conditioner, and the last item was full size (!) AERIN Beach body cream. It has a gorgeous scent and subtle shimmer.

I’m happy with this box, and will use everything except the laRoche Posay (I’ve used it before and not had good results). But since that’s the smallest and lowest value item in the box ($0.56) I’m fine with that.

I received my box yesterday and initially chose the blue/green box. I received the red/blue instead. My box included the Luseta shampoo and conditioner, the Dr. Paw Paw balm, Trifle lipstick, NCLA Clean Up Your Act, and the Doucee blush compact. I apparently am missing the LaRoche Posey item. I would have loved to have received the Aerin water lilly soap. I have susbscribed now for 2+ years and I have been a bit disappointed lately in GB’s boxes. I hope next month’s is spectacular. I really enjoyed last month’s box.

I just got mine today and would have been really happy with the cleanser, soap or lotion but…..got the trifle lip stuff. I have the whole box up for swap.

Arghh … I requested the blue and green box but got the orange and pink box (my least favorite!) and since I paid in advance, I can’t even get the $10 deal. At least I got the polish corrector pen. I also received multiple tracking numbers. In my experience, it has taken Glossybox a week to a month (yes, a full month!) to respond to anything and it is always a frustrating experience. It is maddening that if there is a high value option and a low value option, I will always get the low value option with a single exception. That must have been a fluke.

I requested and received the green/ blue box. Super gorgeous!! My variation was with the Trifle lip parfait. The package is pretty, but the color looks almost white on me. My other… other item was the coconut milk shampoo. This will be my first box in a long time that I will be giving items away. I still love my Glossy though!!!! This box was a little bit of a miss for me. I do love the blush.

I received the first variation (with the soap) and I’m so glad! It was the one I was hoping for. I know a lot of other people are unhappy, but I love the coconut smell of the shampoo/conditioner. It made opening the box like a tropical experience. I put the Pawpaw balm on my very dry cuticles, and I love it. I needed a new polish eraser pen and love the soap. The only things I don’t need or really want are the cleanser sample and the blush. I am overloaded on blush and eyeshadow palettes. But, this is still a great box for me, anyway!

Geez Glossybox, WTF?

After the multiple tracking order email fiasco I received my box and it’s craptacular. Not even close to my profile. Not the color box I chose, thanks for that waste of time Glossybox.

I got

-La Roche cleanser which I already have and don’t like, makes my skin feel super dry.
-The shampoo and conditioner with ingredients that make my skin breakout -Trifle lip parfait in a pretty color but it tastes absolutely disgusting. It’s a nasty plastic like chemical taste, yuck. The taste is so bad i can’t stand it on my lips, this is going straight into the trash.

Plus the prices are totally inflated. Pawpaw is basically Vaseline in a tube.

Not worth $21. Seems like every other month is crap.

I just received my Glossybox today and looks like I got a different variation from the 2 Liz has already mentioned. I received the Dr. Paw Paw, the NCLA, La Roche cleanser, shampoo/conditioner, and Doucce blush. But instead of the soap or cleaning oil, I got a full size Figs & Rouge Avance+ Invisible Pores Night Detox Serum valued at $39! Couldn’t be more excited for this product!!! 🙂

This is my second Glossybox and for $10 I couldn’t be happier!!! I got the same products as in the most recently posted variation but instead of the cleansing oil I received a Trifle Cosmetics Lip Parfait, it is in some of the cutest lippie packaging I’ve ever seen and the color is Exotic Fruits, a perfect summer peach 👍👍

I received (mostly) the first box. I wrote a pretty brutally honest review for my blog. It was…less than thrilling.

I thought it was the best box in a while. The cleansing oil bottle is huge! That should last a while! I was so sad that my blush came super broken and everywhere. The color is really pretty. I emailed cs, but it sounds like nobody has very good luck with that. Sigh. The after sun lotion smells so good.

My box arrived today and it’s the second box. I was hoping for the bar soap instead of the Truffle stuff. It’s a very high value box this time. and it was only $10 so really a bargain. Almost everything is full size. I will use everything except the Truffle cleansing oil. Even though that’s the highest value item in the box ($30) I still got more than my money’s worth.

For the doucce blush it says to log into your glossybox account and select a complementary color to complete the combo in August. That’s pretty cool.

I received the first box but instead of the Aerin soap I got a trifle lipstick in fruit parfait. Also, in the flyer the spoiler for next month is the new lancome monsieur big mascara. Although the pic doesn’t look like the full or travel tube on Sephora. So can’t tell what size it will be.

Forgot to mention blush is cracked. Probably not worth the ordeal to replace.

I got this box today, except instead of the soap I received a full size Avance’ Invisible Pores
night Detox. I use shower gel- don’t know anyone who uses soap these days- they don’t sell hardly any in the store any more. Would have hated the oil, so this works for me.

I requested the blue/green box, but received the red/orange box. That was a wasted survey choice. What was the point if they were sending whatever they wanted? This is my 3rd of 3 months. I cancelled. Will see if there’s a bargain to sign back up.

In the email I sent to them, I explained that this had happened to multiple people. However they did not address that in the response.

My coworker is getting her box tomorrow. So I will let you know if any more variations. I ended up receiving a make up bag from them today with 5 products from previous boxes. Very confusing maybe it’s for the referral of my coworker?? Mine is due to come Friday and I received another email stating another box just shipped. Wonder if they are having technical issues??

This is the combo I received, but I would have been thrilled with either!

Now I want *both* boxes! Usually there is a variation I would want and one I would not, but this is a win-win. Although also a lose-lose because either way I will miss out on something that I want. hopefully I will be able to swap for what I want.

Do they ever answer their email? For some reason they keep telling me they can’t put my payment information through. It is the same as it was last month. I don’t know why it isn’t working. I have sent several emails to them regarding this and I just get a form letter back. It is very frustrating. I canceled the subscription but I still have the one box pending. I did the $10 deal. I put my information in again but still no reply. I don’t know what to do at this point. I guess I’m not getting the July box.

I stopped my subscription, but I’m loving the pretty blue and green box! if anyone has an extra of just the box, let me know. Thanks and enjoy your goodies : )
