Degustabox August 2017 FULL Spoilers + First Box for $9.99 & Free Gift!

Yes last month was not good at all. Looking forward to this one. They are worth keeping as I have let some boxes go… Not worth the money. Hit or miss with Degustbox sometimes. But love the surprises.

I received today. Yes it’s the Indian simmer sauce mild coconut. We love these sauces but can’t remember if I liked this one. So glad this is mild. The hummus consists of two pouches and seasoning and a little wooden stirrer. I’m confused because it says no preservatives organic. How does something not spoil unrefrigerated with out preservatives.

My chocolate came ok ..super surprised about that but we came down from 90s to 70s.
Not a fan of those pasta cracker things.
My cookies came with the wrapper torn open from shipping – 2nd Goya.
I’ve been down on degusta lately, but this box is an improvement from last month,imo. Just wish they didn’t send two bags of those pasta chips.

Mine arrived today- chocolate was in good condition. My kids made a huge dent in the bag already 😮

That photo layout is pretty messy. This will be our third Degustabox, and I’m not impressed with the spoilers.

We don’t care much for pasta chips, unfortunately. They’re basically undercooked pasta. I can’t believe Degustabox thinks that sending chocolates during the hottest time of the year is a good idea. Though, we did just receive an Amazon Prime Sweet Surprise box that had melted chocolates in it too.

I’ve been getting Degustabox since it launched. While every product isn’t always a hit there is enough in the box to keep getting it.I emailed them after last month’s box was repeats so they gave me August free.

Happy for the box but wondering how well that chocolate is gonna hold up in August heat in Mississippi. Or the fruit roll-ups for that matter. Hopefully it won’t be too bad and/or the fridge or freezer can fix anything. It’s been 98 degrees here already with a heat index of 110 and August is worse than that.

I’m vegan but my son’s an omnivore lol and this box helps me keep the pantry stocked with snacks and side items he and guests can eat that I’d never normally pick up 🙂 . But there’s always something for everyone, like the hummus and the fig bar and the nutz2 go and possibly that simmer sauce if it’s coconut based…that’s good for me! This vegan’s excited :D!

And I agree, there are other boxes just for vegans out there, Healthy Surprise is one if you’re looking to seriously stock up on vegan foods.

Haha! I knew what the mystery jar was immediately! I’m betting it’s Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce 🙂

Wish I could resist these spoilers.. My box will arrive tomorrow and hadn’t a clue what was in the box until now! I am soooo weak lol

I wonder if it’s too late to cancel….They used to send stuff that could comprise an entire meal! Pasta, sauces, dressings, spices, tortillas, etc. The last couple of boxes have been mostly snack foods. And I know I already aired my issue with the jerky on the spoiler post, but I’m even more disappointed to see a meatball flavored item. Eww. Even if I did eat meat I think I’d still find that unappetizing.
