I swear this stuff only happens to me. I got the crappy tiny black box instead of the real 2nd monthly box for free. Looking at the comments – seems like I’m the only one that got screwed. I reached out to CS and hoping they’ll fix this. So disappointed!!

Their ad shows 2 of their normal boxes. The price says $45. It seems like they were trying to get people to believe they were going to get a second normal box. Seems like some people did. But I was one of the people that didn’t. It should be disclosed!! Shame on Bespoke Post!

Talked to CS and they won’t change it. Some people got crappy left over boxes of crap from Black Friday (it even says Black Friday on it!) and some people got real boxes. Would not have signed up if I knew the dreaded black mystery box was a possibility.
@Kelsey – the black mystery boxes are a mishmash of clearance items from their past boxes worth $45-50. The normal boxes have values over $60-$100.

When they added my mystery box for me, I was able to go into my account and see what they chose. It’s one of the normal boxes, I think. Called “Fresh” that included travel bags (for undies, socks, shoes, etc) a bottle of all natural liquid detergent, two cedar hangers, and a sweater bar, which i think is for removing pilling. I like it!

That’s unique to your situation I think. I added my mystery box with the link and it just says “mystery box” in my order.
