The info card that comes in the Pennie Post envelope details the theme for the month, which is “Over the Rainbow.”

Rainbow Gift Tags

This set of 3 gift tags is so cute! Their ‘may all your wishes come true’ message is general enough to work for birthdays, congratulations gifts, bridal showers, or weddings. They even come with the perfect pink and white twisty string to fasten them to your present.

Sprinkles Macaroon Card

I love macarons, so I was excited to see this card in the mix. I believe that the meringue sandwich cookie is spelled with only one ‘o’ instead of the two that Pennie Post included in their info card, but hey, there’s no text in the card itself, so no matter. 🙂 This would be adorable for a child’s 1st birthday party.

Hooray Letterpress Card

When it doubt, say it all with a ‘Hooray!’ The letterpressing on this card makes it feel sort of elegant, and I love the juxtaposition of the print style and the whimsical sentiment. Definitely the most open-ended of all 3 cards.

Leaping Unicorn Birthday Card

This cute card would be terrific for that person in your life that loves a little magic on their birthday.

Personalize with a note inside (all 3 included cards are blank).

Also worth noting, each included envelope can be mixed and matched with the card of your choosing. Opt for a bright raspberry hue, marigold, and a berry red.

Verdict: I really enjoyed this Pennie Post delivery! Each item provided a sense of fun, and the ‘Over the Rainbow’ theme was apparent while leaving a lot of room for customizing for various events. This month was a little heavy on the ‘cute,’ but it would be terrific if you’re into that kind of thing. Or if you have some kid’s birthdays coming up! The pack is $11.63 with free shipping, but I estimated about $14 in value inside. I would definitely recommend the Pennie Post packs for anyone who wants the convenience of cute cards for any occasion!

I’ve been subscribed for a little more than a year and a half. For anyone considering this subscription, there is a good variety of cards sent out. This is the first time it’s been all of the cute variety. While it’s not uncommon to get cards of this variety, they also send out a nice variety of “non-cute” cards. As an example, they’ve sent cards that I use for my dad and grandfather (neither of which would appreciate a cute card). They really send a great variety of cards. I’ve highly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this.

Good to know, Jess! Looking forward to receiving some cards of the “non-cute” variety as well. 🙂

I subbed to Pennie Post for 6 months and this was my last package. This month was probably my favorite. I really enjoy Pennie Post and got excited when I saw the blue envelope in my mail but I found I wasn’t sending out that many cards. I’m going to miss this one.
