I was excited to hear the Julep lip oil treatment was in all boxes. it is something I wanted to try for a while now. I get my box and it is a nail polish instead. completely disappointed. I wish this box was so undependable! It would have been a great box this month, but I need/want nail polish like a hole in the head. oh well.

Same here. I was really looking forward to the lip oil and got an orange polish that won’t work on my cool pink skin tone.

I received the same box seen above, and I love it. I’ve had 8 Glossy boxes so far. One box was good, the other 7 were outstanding. I love ❤️ my June Glossy Box. Couldn’t be more happy being a Glossy….👍😍

Got my box today. Received the omg brush. Bang cream and Julep nail polish instead of lip oil. Color was ok but didn’t wow me. But I will still use it as I’m always painting my nails. I got the face oil and a full size face cream. I’m happy with this month. Was a little disappointed last month. But the 2 before that were amazing.

I was super excited when I opened by box and saw my pamphlet listed the Monuspa and Boissance instead of the Wella oil variation. I really wanted to try the Boissance! Unfortunately, to my surprise I got the Wella oil variation anyway! If I didn’t look here, I would have no idea what the Wella oil was doing in my box since it was not listed anywhere on the pamphlet. I’m definitely bummed about that – but not sure if it’s worth contacting Glossy over it.
I think it’s pretty obvious they do not look at your beauty profile. I’ve noted that I don’t even use hair products at all and that I am extremely pale, yet I received the Wella hair oil and the BB cream that is WAY to dark for my pale skin. I will say that I LOVE the OMG brush (was wondering what the hype was about with these brushes and I get it now!) and I really like the bang beauty as well. I’m just tired of being disappointed with Glossy. I’m one of those individuals that continues to get the cheapest variations, usually there is one or two redeeming products but I’m tired of being let down after seeing the other options here.

I wonder if the box variations are true to your beauty profile?? Because they say it’s curated specifically to you but for some reason I highly doubt that? I’m hoping for a good box. Some one mentioned they got nail polish and would much rather have that than the lip gloss and I am hoping no hair oil as I already have very oily hair so I don’t need to had oil in it.

I got mine today and got the Skinn Collagenesis sunscreen and INOAR Argan Oil, plus the Julep oil, Bang blush, and brush. My product info paper looks the same except it shows th Skinn instead of the Monuspa spray.

Why so many repeats in Glossybox and Boxycharm lately? We’ve received Monuspa (I forget when), Wella (August 2016), and Biossance (April 2016 and Sept 2015!) recently from Glossybox and Boxycharm has sent me several bottles of Temptu in the last 3-5 months! Ugh!

I bought the $15.00 special box back in may they charged my CC it’s June 8th and still no invoice or shipping info!! Ugh Emailed them 3 times and I still get that stupid automatic response . Come on GB just sent me some info please!

I ordered a $15 special box on May 28th and they charged my credit card and I had to send them 5 or 6 emails and then it said that the box was packed and still not shipped so I got my June box today and sent them another email and finally about an hour ago it says it was shipped but it was definitely bull and when you send them an email to get an automated response back telling you that you will get an answer to your email in about 5 to 8 days because they’re very backlogged

I ordered 2x $15 boxes and 1x $25 box. Was charged for all 3 on 5/28 and so far only one arrived – completely damaged! One of the products was open and leaked all over everything. And that was the $25 box (containing the rituals of Sakura products). I have written and called. No answer. They are starting to feel like a scam. Very disappointed.

Be sure to take pictures of the damages box. You will need to send those to GB. I got ahold of them through their facebook page- sent a message. They got back to me the next day I believe.

They charged me 5x in 3 in May and 2 in June. I’ve not received a single response/ refund and have emailed them twice since May 16th. I am new to Glossybox and have already cancelled (first 2 months could not have been worse!)
