On one side of the info card, you'll find a mantra.

The other side details what comes in this month's box, as well as their values.

Frisky Fish Essential Oil in Exhale, 0.35 oz. - Value $14

One of the star items of this box is the bottle of "Exhale" essential oil, which is a blend of eucalyptus and lavender. I really love both of those scents, and this is said to help with "sinus relief, congestion and clearing out old subconscious junk". I could definitely get down with all of those, since I have newly discovered allergies and always have a wealth of subconscious junk, plus lavender is so relaxing! It comes in a convenient rollerball, so it's easy to glide onto your skin when needed.

Agate Healing Crystal - Listed Value $10

This month I received two crystals! These stones are said to be great for meditation since they vibrate at a slower pace than others. They are also known to stabilize and strengthen and balance emotional, physical, and mental energy to create harmony. This sounds like it's been selected just for me, as I need to get a harmonious balance in my life. The grey-blue and peachy colors of these two stones are quite pleasing and will make a lovely addition to my crystal altar!

Jo-Sha Essential Oil Body & Mat Wipe - Value $0.70 (Get 20 for $13.95)

I'm a sweaty human being (sorry, gross), so I can appreciate a wipe like this that helps me freshen up after any sort of physical exertion I may accidentally happen into. Peppermint is super fresh and clean smelling, and this wipe also naturally disinfects, so you can use it on your yoga mat or equipment too.

Auromere Ayurvedic Conditioning Oil, 0.34 oz. -  Value $1.50

I struggle to get my hair looking as shiny and light as when I leave the salon, so I'm always trying new products to try and make sure my hair is conditioned without being weighed down. This particular product is a pre-shampoo conditioner, which I've never tried before. It's of course very oily when you squeeze it out and has sort of a peanut butter scent (is that the nutgrass?).  I have very thin hair, so I was afraid this conditioning oil would make it stringy, but my hair is feeling pretty darn silky and conditioned. With all the chemicals being pumped into so many beauty products these days, it's nice to know that this contains only natural ingredients, including sesame and coconut oils, to name a few.

The Dreaming Yogi Meditation - Listed Value $10

BuddhiBox has once again included a small card promoting the mediation that is digitally included in this box. Once you sign up for their emails, you'll receive a link to Meli's YouTube Channel where, this month, she guides you through a Dream Healing Meditation. I'm new to meditation, but some of my friends do it, and almost anyone who knows me well thinks I could benefit from it, so I'm excited to give this one a try! Her voice is pleasant, and she really helps me visualize a comforting scenario.

Verdict: BuddhiBox Essential Oils box has got a great value. I calculated (between some listed prices and some more accurate prices online) these items to be worth over $36, and the cost of the box is only $15.95. I would be totally excited only receiving the essential oil, crystal, and meditation, so the little samples are just sort of a bonus to me. I'm eager to try everything soon to do my first meditation!

If you think you would use it on a regular basis, it would be very easy to make on your own (small batches, unless a preservative like organic jojoba oil, as you’d be using natural oils which could go rancid, especially in a steamy bathroom). A base of whatever hair oil you’d use alone (like coconut or argan), add essential oils. Easy enough to google what essential oils would be best for your hair type and colour. I know castor oil is great for growth, possibly shine, think rosemary is usually used for dark hair, chamomile for light, but I’m sure there are loads of others that would help with any hair problems you might have, like dryness, oiliness, dandruff, etc… Just what came to mind when I saw the simple ingredients. 😘🎶⚡️Jet
