I already received my box. The eye candy priming stick arrived broken. I wrote to customer service and was told many others have had the same problem. Check closely when your box arrives

When I look on the app I see August sample choices and curated box. Weird.

I have never gotten the reveals to work on my phone, however in the past I have been able to see them on my laptop, but only a certain internet browser (I forget which one). This month I went with the curated box for the first time as all of the products are things I will used and would like to try.

Didn’t work for me. My reveals are usually up on the 10th and I get my box a week or so after that. They take their time picking my stuff out. Lol!!

I have 2 Birchbox subs. I used this link to get me to account #1. It got me to my account ok, but it doesn’t tell me what I’m getting. It just says there will be the sample I chose plus 4 samples customized for me. I used the app to access account #2, and it just says “five samples personalized to you.” So neither one has anything to show me as far as what I’m getting.
You do need to be signed into your account in order for the link to get you straight into your account.
