“Happy Little Thoughts” Jotter Journal – Value $8.00

This small journal has a leatherette cover with holographic foil writing on the front cover with the saying, “happy little thoughts”. This is the perfect size to throw in my purse or to add to my desk accessories. The journal measures at 3 9/16″W x 5 1/2″ H.

“Hellow Gorgeous” Pens – Value $6.00

This 3-pack of brightly colored pens have 3 different designs on each pen, dots, confetti, tiny hearts, and “Hello Gorgeous” inscribed on the clip of the pen. The ink is black. I have many pens and I may swap these out for some pens that may be running low on ink.

USB Phone Charger – Value $12.00?

What a clever and useful item to include in this month’s box! The USB phone charger in rose gold is great for all my electronics. There are three different sized cords for my electronic devices. Unfortunately, only one of the USB cords worked for my portable charger; the other two cords didn’t work. I reached out to Trendy Memo and they’re sending a replacement.

Mini Clipboard and Notepad – Value $12.95

I am always working on keeping my desk clutter free and this clipboard and notepad will keep my papers and notes organized. The clipboard is similar to a sturdy cardboard and the notepad has 80 perforated sheets.

Flower Crown Tea, 1.125 oz. – Value $8.99

This green, white, and oolong loose-leaf tea was slightly bitter and tasted of berries. Some of the tea’s ingredients include organic green tea, white tea, oolong tea, mango, pineapple, and marigold blossoms. I brewed a teaspoon of tea in the strawberry infuser for a few minutes and added raw honey from my local farmer’s markets. Also, this tea is moderately caffeinated.

Strawberry Tea Infuser – Value $5.00?

This strawberry shaped tea infuser is silicone and has an easy snap off lid with a long flexible leaf handle. This held the flower tea well and the lid snapped on and off with ease. How appropriate to include an infuser for the loose-leaf tea that was included in this box.

Verdict: I love this month’s box, and each item is useful and appropriate for my office and desk! The items will be used for taking important notes and journaling, along with taking a tea break with the loose-leaf tea – all making for an exceptional day. The items in this month’s box are on par with their theme and intended purpose. This month’s Trendy Memo box value is $52.94, which is above the cost of the box.

  1. I also agree and I’ll probably make someone mad but throwing in the dumb subscription box card sayings as well.

  2. I am so sick of inspirational messages and text on everyday things. Can’t I have a cute pen or note book that doesn’t call me gorgeous or have some kind of sentiment on it? It’s so frustrating to me. I hope I’m not alone in this frustration…

    • “Hello gorgeous!” is the new “live laugh love.” Not into it either.

    • Agreed. 100%.
