Switch will always use USPS First Class mail to send your jewelry unless it weighs more than 1 pound. Each package comes with a prepaid USPS return label so you can leave your return for your mail carrier or drop it off at the post office if you're the nervous type (like me!)

Switch has just updated their site to change the way you choose jewelry for your rental. They have removed the "Favorites" section (previously a collection of jewelry you've bookmarked to rent later) and now you just shop from pieces that are available to ship right now. You select and add jewelry to your Closet (how many depends on which plan you've chosen) and they are held for you for 15 minutes. Then, you just check out and your shipment is on its way to you.

This month, I started renting 3 pieces instead of 2 per month.

Each jewelry piece always comes in a black velvet bag or a branded pouch.

Jennifer Fisher Chain Cuff - Value $1085, Member Price $556.50

By now you know I have a thing for bold statement jewelry with clean lines. This sturdy chain cuff is elegant while being a touch edgy. Big chains can look a little more rock n' roll than I can handle, but this piece keeps it classy. The cuff is heavy and made of rose gold toned metal. It has a circumference of 7.5" and is about .7" tall but didn't seem too overwhelming on my wrist. The finish has a very pretty shine to it, almost as reflective as chrome, and the rose gold tone is very mild and not too pink.

The bracelet doesn't fall too far down on my wrist when I move and lift my arm so it felt pretty secure.

Next up is a more delicate piece, also slipped into a black velvet bag for safe keeping on the journey to me.

Jennifer Zeuner Eye with Lapis Pendant Necklace - Value $220, Member Price $154

I picked this more delicate necklace to balance out the bolder pieces in this month's shipment. This eye necklace is modern, pretty, and simple. The whole piece has a slight patina on it that makes it feel like a vintage item rather than a newer piece. That may not appeal to everyone, but as a vintage lover, I found it charming. It felt like something I wold find in my mother's jewelry chest. The beautiful blue Lapis stone has nice lighter flecks throughout which give it such nice depth. I learned about Lapis Lazuli in art history classes in college (the stones were ground up to produce a very expensive but beautiful pigment used in religious paintings) but this was my first time seeing Lapis stone in person.

The 14k rose gold chain is 16" long and is very pretty on. This is so wearable while also having just enough flair to make it special - I'm tempted to buy this piece and am still mulling it over!

My third piece this month is a statement bracelet, also packed in a velvet bag.

Yves Saint Laurent Vintage Enamel Bracelet - Value $500, Member Price $350

Emerald green and gold together is one of my favorite color combinations. I've been wanting to paint a room in my home a deep green color like this! So moody! We're going to be seeing a lot of greens in home decor and fashion in the coming year, and the darker varieties definitely speak to me. This bracelet is a vintage YSL piece, which feels fancy to even type. The green enamel has a shimmer to it with a lovely veined/puckered detail. The bracelet has a branded latch and opens so you don't have to slide it over your hand to get it on.

I'm so into the modern vibe of this piece - it even inspired me to wear it with an oversized emerald dress.

Here's a closer look at the bracelet on my wrist. It has a circumference of 8.625".

Verdict: This was a really great Switch this month! The total retail value of the items in my shipment this month was a whopping $1805 for a rental price of $69/month for 3 pieces. The necklace has me tempted to buy and I was so into wearing both bracelets. Switch has a way of always making me feel classier and wishing I had some fancier events to attend! This was my first month trying out the 3 pieces at a time option and I'm pretty into it. It was especially fun to rent a YSL piece, as the other items this month were nice but not from brands with as big and as impressive of a name. The new selection process was easy and smooth, and I didn't have to go back and make sure I had enough pieces in my favorites - I got to pick exactly what I wanted from items that were available in real time.

I’ll pass. Knowing my luck, I’d lose a piece and have to sell a kidney. A few items on their site were in sub boxes, so I’ll stick to those finds. Beautiful pieces though! That YSL bracelet looks like it was MADE for you! Excellent review! 😊👍

Great review! You might want to check the values listed for the necklace as the values appears to be reversed: Value $220, Member Price $350. I don’t know if I’d want to be a member if they charged me $120 more than it’s value to get to keep the item. (^-^)/
