Just got my first box #163. I don’t really like any of it. Belif, Tatcha, rahua,trestique, nudestix plus Tocca. Reply to swap please.

Got my box yesterday (264) and that Beach Walk perfume is A-MAZE-ING!!!!! It was only half full but I love it sooooo much! That Graystone Nudestix is a HORRIBLE shade thought, poop brown. I can’t imagine it would look good on any skintone, least of all a pasty lady such as me.

I know! Who picked that color? Really. When I saw the picture I thought it was going to be some kind of light nude and I was super disappointed. Who is going to wear a brown like that in the summer even if it did look good on them.

I just got my box (264) today and when I opened the cap for the trestique, the whole product was stuck on the inside of the cap. I had to gauge it out and pushed it back into the tube! has anybody ever contacted sephora support regarding any defects and got positive results??

One time I got the tarte guard moisturizer sample and the top came broken so I called and they apologized and refunded me my $10.70 and in my march box it was missing the glamglow sample and they sent me another sample and refunded me my money back. Hope this helped.

For all those wondering.. box246 is the same as box (drumroll) …. box 264 well maybe I was the only one with the reversed digits not sure .. nevertheless I wanted to try Sunday Riley happy with that that but would have been thrilled with the milk product still pretty good overall and my tresique stick was empty and broken with the highlighter stuck in the lid so I called Sephora and they were happy to help one thing that definitely keeps me with a box the customer service .. thanks Sephora 🙂

I got box 264 today. My Nudestix isn’t Blossom as pictured, it’s Greystone, which is the ugliest dark brown! Why, Sephora??? I’m not sure I’d try this in winter, so who would wear a chocolate brown in summer?? The lip plumper is also a very small sample. Seriously disappointed!

Warning about the bag, mine arrived and the Florida heat made it bleed all over my card and the box. May not want to put anything valuable in there.
Love my 264 though. Every month mine is the first to have spoilers and ends up being my favorite. You got me Sephora.

This is my box this month and for financial reasons it’s gonna be my last one for awhile so I’m glad it’s a good one. I had to cancel both my ipsy and sephora play this month. So far I haven’t been super disappointed in either one so I’m sure that I’ll re-subscribe sometime in the future.

I subscribed through MSS last month when wait list opened and it said my 1st box would be last month’s. Was so excited. It didn’t happen. Really wanted it too. Was billed weeks ago for my box and still waiting. My other subscription boxes ship right after I am billed. Is this normal for Play?

I usually get billed the first of the month or within a day or two, and my box just shipped May 15. I was excited when the waitlist opened, too, but your first box is the month after you sign up.

I have box 272, and the products are the Tatcha cleansing oil, rahua hair mask, belif Hungarian water essence, Trestique highlighter, and nudestix in greystone, and the perfume is Tocca “Stella.” So happy with the products this month…I love Tatcha! Came on here to email Liz a picture of the products only to find everyone’s spoilers! How did that happen! I hope they do it again next month!

Getting 272 too. I love everything, but the highlighter. Would have preferred the Milk makeup or anything else really. Tired of highlighters. I don’t even use them and it is a waste.

I got this box and when I read your description I literally started crying. I must be emotional, but the is the second month in a row where I hate my box. I don’t want to unsubscribe, but I also don’t want to pay for something I won’t use. I would have loved the 246 box. It has stuff I have saved in my Sephora cart online. I’m allergic to anything from Belif, the mask has horrible reviews, the nudestix is an awful color, and I hate the perfume. Oh well I guess.

I found out because it just showed up in the mail today and I happened to be at home. I seem to get mine slightly earlier sometimes…I live in Maine so maybe it’s something to do with how they do East Coast shipping.

I’m fine with all of it except the Nudestix – sorry but that color is horrible in general, and definitely won’t work a pale redhead. Sephora has been sending me the worst brown toned lippies lately and they’ve all been throwaways.

I have box 246 which is disappointing since I already own and use the “Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt”. I also don’t care for another cleanser. I would have really like to try the mask by Tata harper or the blur stick. 🙁
