LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Lipstick in Champagne – Listed Value $19.99

For a box themed around cocktails and drinks, I love that they included a metallic lipstick for champagne. I think that’s a great way to interpret the bubbly aspect of the drink. Also, metallic lipstick is trending right now. I am really glad to get this in a box instead of trying the trend by risking buying a full-size. This shade is a peachy-nude and I think it’s actually really cool. All these lipsticks are swatched (and modeled) below.

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Lipstick in Hottie Tottie – Listed Value $19.99

This is a warm caramel-brown color, and it’s gorgeous! Definitely one is a great shade for any time of year. It’s a darker/bolder color, but it would work well for just about anyone’s complexion!

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Lipstick in Cosmo – Listed Value $19.99

This is a bright, true red! It’s one that has yellow undertones instead of a cool, blue undertones (which tend to help your lips look whiter), so that’s something to keep in mind when pairing with your skin tone.

Here are swatches of each lipstick for you (Champagne on top, Hottie Tottie in the middle, and Cosmo on the bottom).  The pigmentation and opacity of these lipsticks are fantastic.

The Verdict: I had fun with this second shipment from LiveGlam KissMe Lipstick Club. I started really wearing liquid lipsticks when I had my son and still wanted to wear my bold lip colors–these pass the kiss test, and I don’t get a smudge on him when I kiss him! I found all the formulas to be consistently opaque and had no problems with coverage or streaking in the application. The value is here, too. LiveGlam’s value per lipstick is $19.99 so you basically get 3 for the price of 1. I’m definitely happy with three lipsticks for $19.99, especially when you look at the performance and quality compared to other brands of liquid lipsticks out there as well.

Lips look whiter? Or teeth? I wear a lot of red lippies and I’ve never noticed my lips looking whiter.

  2. I’ve been on the fence about this club, worried about potentially spending money on colors I wouldn’t want. But it sounds like even if you just like one, you break even on the quality. I may give it a try now! I have their makeup brush Subscription and I love that.
