Did anyone else not get the featured color of the blanket? I didn’t and I’m pretty disappointed. Starting to wish I didn’t get a second subscription.

I like enough of this box to choose it for this month (although I have skipped months recently because I was unimpressed). Picnicking is something I do a lot of in the summer, so this box is useful to me, but I must say I am disappointed that GlobeIn keeps putting together boxes with only one of a set (other boxes have included ONE glass, this one has ONE plate)

I don’t know what they think people do, but I don’t put together full picnics to eat them all alone. If I eat my lunch by myself in the park, I don’t make an elaborate spread for it. It would be nice if they put boxes together that reflected how people really live. One plate here is a tone-deaf choice.

Maybe it’s just me, but these prices seem high. I live in Texas and can get that blanket for around $20 max

totally with you, in downtown LA you can get Mexican blanket for $15, and on Amazon for $20

I’ve bought carpets like that for $5 in Arizona. I’m sure there is more to this – like it being handloomed by workers paid a fair wage, but it would be good if they explained exactly what makes that a $40 carpet.

That said, I’m not a Globe In subscriber. I’ve tried them from time to time but they’re too much hit-and-miss for the price for me. At the new price, I wouldn’t touch them. I rather just buy the items I like individually.

I like the blanket and the colors of it, but with the looming price increase and two months left of my sub, i’m gonna have to skip boxes and only get two that I LOVE all of it and not just like one of the items.

I agree. The price increase is significant, going from $210 to $270 every 6 months; I’ve decided to just wait and let my current subscription expire in August, and then decide what to do at that point. Not sure I like enough items in each box to justify the new price.

Does anyone know if you can select the same box as I selected last month? Do they let you get more than one of the same box? Thanks!

Melissa

Log in on the first of the month and check to see what the basket options are to choose. They usually have a good selection but it shouldn’t matter if you already got one…just if it’s a replacement option for the month. If you don’t see the one you want and it appears to be in stock it wouldn’t hurt to ask I suppose but it wont be guaranteed….

Wish they would offer a basket in place of the utensil holder.

I agree! What’s with them not having baskets and more? That utensil holder is useless to me.
