SNP Charcoal Mineral Black Ampoule Mask – Value $3.00

This facial sheet mask intends to purify, fight acne, soothe, and hydrate skin with charcoal that draws out toxins and bacteria. Seaweed protects against early signs of aging and chestnut that has antioxidants that prevent wrinkles. I received this mask last month too and found it left my skin moisturized.

From Seoul Apothecary:

The Story

This cool and soothing sheet mask is designed to purify the skin, making it perfect for those suffering from acne or other blemishes. Containing charcoal and an array of botanical extracts, the SNP Charcoal Mineral Black Ampoule Mask draws impurities out of pores that can lead to irritation, while deeply hydrating the skin.

Innisfree Pomegranate it’s real squeeze mask – Value $1.20

This facial sheet mask intends to leave my skin firm and supple with the extracts of pomegranate that protect against premature aging, aids in cell regeneration in the epidermis and dermis area of skin and great for dry, oily/combination skin. The grapefruit refreshed my skin and the amino acid present in the grapefruit makes the skin more firm and soft. I also received this mask last month.

From Innisfree:

What it is

Get firm and radiant skin with the pomegranate It’s real squeeze mask!

1. It’s real squeeze mask – pomegranate
Pomegranate, known as the “king’s fruit,” helps your skin become radiant.

2. Jeju green complex
The Jeju green complex consists of green tea, tangerine, cactus, camellia leaves, and orchids to keep your skin healthy.

3. Triple-layered sheet
With its high water-retention capability, this triple-layered sheet fits tightly over the skin and helps it stay hydrated for an extended period.

Innisfree Aloe it’s real squeeze mask – Value $1.20

This intends to moisturize and refresh my tired skin with aloe extract that is rich in vitamins, nourishing and has anti-aging qualities. The triple layer sheet keeps the moisture in and hydrates my skin keeping it firm. This is the third mask I have received two months in a row.

From Innisfree:

What it is

Hydrate your skin with the It’s real squeeze mask – aloe!
1. It’s real squeeze mask – aloe
The Aloe gives your stressed skin vitality by soothing and moisturizing it.
2. Jeju green complex
The Jeju green complex consists of green tea, tangerine, cactus, camellia leaves, and orchids to keep your skin healthy
3. Triple-layered sheet
This triple-layer sheet has a long-lasting moisturizing effect so that the essence can gradually be absorbed into the skin.

Innisfree Madecassoside skin clinic mask – Value $2.20

This mask contains madecassoside which intends “to soothe irritated skin due to moisture loss and to help fortify skin barrier”. The mask had a plastic film attached that I removed and I applied the thin mask to my face and left on for 15 minutes. When I took off the mask there was not a lot of extra essence – just enough to massage the remainder into my skin and neck. My face seemed brighter.

From Innisfree:

What it is

1. It contains madecassoside, which soothes the skin and strengthens the skin barrier, which can sooth skin that’s become irritated and sensitive caused by a lack of moisture, to leave the skin moisturized and healthy.

2. This 100% natural cotton sheet is made from soft cotton hairs around the cotton wool.

3. It is transparent and thin and has good adherence on the skin, which allows for its good substances to be more effectively delivered into the skin.

Verdict: The 4-sheet mask option has a value of $7.60, which doesn’t cover the cost of the subscription. Plus, three of the masks I received this month, I also received last month, which is disappointing.  I was expecting a variety of higher end masks, not mask you would find on Amazon. I had high hopes for this subscription and it got shut down with this month’s selection. I need to re-think this subscription.

What do you think of this month’s FaceMask Tonight?

  1. Wow, this sub makes facetory look really awesome.. lol

  2. This sub sucks and is a waste of money — plain and simple.

  3. I get $7.60 on the calculation, not $9.10. Even worse.

Just bought a set of all 15 “it’s real squeeze” Innisfree masks on Amazon for $14.

    • Dea, thanks for pointing this out and yes I agree that’s not good.

  4. Looks disappointing. There are plenty of other K-Beauty sites where you can select your own masks at the same price point–or better–than this subscription. Shipping is usually free on those sites w/a minimum purchase of $30-$50 (depending on the site).

  5. I’m not impressed at all with this sub. I cancelled after the first month when everything they sent was from the same brand. What’s the point?
