NatureBox has updated their subscription model. NatureBox is now a members-only snack buying service - the membership cost is $5 a month. That $5 will be credited towards your first snack purchase every month. You can cancel your membership at any time. You may buy as many snacks as you like each month - the $5 is simply for access to purchase the snacks. If you do not use the $5 in during the month, it will roll over to the new month.
If you were on a recurring subscription plan, those deliveries will continue - which also grants us a free membership to the new Club - so we can buy additional snacks. NatureBox is no longer open to new subscriptions, though, only to the new NatureBox Club membership.

This is my first time reviewing Naturebox! I've sampled some of their snacks before, so I couldn't wait to dig into this box.
Crunchy BBQ Twists, 3 oz - Value $3 (members can buy a 2-pack for $5.99)
I am that person at the picnic who will continually keep going back to the bowl of BBQ potato chips until the bowl is completely empty – so these were definitely a treat. I don't think I've ever had a snack made with lentil flour before! They were tasty and seemed lighter than regular BBQ chips to me, and nutritionally they are a little bit better: a bit more protein and fiber compared to potato chips, and less fat.
These would be an awesome topping for salads and chili, too!
Salt & Pepper Pistachios, 4 oz - Member Price: $3.79
I was so excited to see these because Trader Joes sells a similar snack and they're delicious! These are equally as good as TJ's brand, and it's probably worth noting that I didn't come across a single completely closed shell. It's probably just the luck of the draw, but there's nothing more annoying than a pistachio nut that can't be easily pried open. If you've never tried salt & pepper pistachios, you're missing out!
Honey Dijon Pretzels, 5 oz - Currently unavailable
I usually stick to plain pretzels, so I wasn't a huge fan of these personally. The honey dijon flavor was good, though, and I liked the sweet and salty combo in these bite-sized nuggets. They definitely seemed more 'honey' than 'dijon' to me.
Honey BBQ Crunch, 4.75 oz - Member Price: $2.99
I'd already tried honey dijon and BBQ flavored snacks in this box, so I was skeptical about another similar treat... but this was my surprise favorite of the box! The honey roasted nuts are so deliciously sweet and crunchy, and the barbecue flavor and salty pretzels put it over the top. I had to put this away so I would stop eating it by the handful.
Dark Cocoa Nom Noms, 4.5 oz - Value $3.25 (members can buy a 2-pack for $6.49)
These were definitely yummy and lived up to their name: small, soft dark chocolate cookies filled with oats and coconut and other goodness. I'm a sucker for chocolate so I'm always happy to receive any chocolate snack, but I thought these were particularly good thanks to their great texture, smallish size, and chocolate/coconut combination. Two small cookies is a decent serving size too, and clocking in at 150 calories I've certainly had worse snacks for me this week.
Verdict: I think of Naturebox as a solid and trustworthy source of snacks with a good variety, healthier ingredients, and a fair value, too. I like that the portions are good for sharing and that a lot of the snacks are kid-appropriate.
