All Good Goop Handcrafted Healing Balm – 2 oz, Value $8.89

This healing balm is a big multi-tasker! The formula is a combination of essential oils and medicinal plants and is meant to be strong enough for the driest and toughest skin but still gentle enough to use on baby skin! I love having balms like this on hand and an extra in my car because they’re so handy – you can use it on chapped lips, hands, blisters, diaper rash, bug bites, stings, irritated skin, burns, cuts, scrapes… basically everything. It’s extra handy as a mom!

The balm feels nice on my hands and absorbed well, but I found it hard to get much out of the tub. Maybe I just needed to melt it a little more with my hands before scooping it out in order to get enough for my hands, but I could even have used a popsicle stick or something to scrape some out. Not a terrible issue and I generally use things like this for more than my hands so it’s still very useful to me.

Verdict: This is the first time I’ve received a skincare product from Mighty Fix. Personally, I prefer to get household items, because I have plenty of skincare products from other subscriptions. Also, the value in this sample size isn’t quite the cost of the box. All this makes my April delivery kind of underwhelming for me, but this is the first time I’ve felt less than thrilled with my Mighty Fix deliveries so I’m inclined to shrug it off a little. I’m really not terribly disappointed since it’s still something I’ll get use from, but I am looking forward to seeing what upcoming months have for me!

I got Lunchskins sandwich and snack bags. They send me a lot of on-the-go lunch bag items but I do take my lunch to work so I don’t mind.

This 2 oz size is actually $13.99 so still getting a deal.

I like Mighty Fix for exposure to unique items. Like last month was the bamboo travel eating utensils: This months was a silicone large sandwhich bag.

But I agree, not sure skin care fits but if I get it , I am sure I will like it as I love balms.

And I’m gana go checkout the swap board for those dishrags. 😉

I got the dishrags also, and really like them. I would have been really disappointed to receive that balm – I have so many other similar products.

I would rather have received that than the six dish rags I received!

I was initially dismayed at the rags I received last month until I washed and used them. They are really great. it’s amazing what you can scrub off using just water, i.e. no chemical cleaners. Plus they don’t stain easily.

this month I received two reusable bags (one sandwich, one snack). I’m always happy to have more of them and getting two was a great deal for the $8 I paid (annual sub).

Actually I loved the “dish rags”. I don’t use them for that purpose tho. I keep a stack of them in a nice basket next to the kitchen sink and use them instead of paper towels for when I want to dry my hands or catch a drip.

Put your towels on the swap board ( if u havent already) and I’ll swap with you! (I’m #25508)
