Each month is themed. This month’s theme was ‘WARRIORS OF THE FUTURE’ and featured Dragon Ball Z, Sword Art Online, and Final Fantasy.

Banpresto Special Quality Line: Sword Art Online – Ordinary Scale Yuki – Value $35 on Amazon

The first of two statues comes from Sword Art Online.

Lootaku-march-2017-0020

I know nothing about Sword Art Online – but, like usual, the Banpresto statues still have me loving them – no matter what!

The detail is always fantastic along with the vivid colors. Every time I think I might not like the statue because I don’t know the franchise – I’m always proven wrong.

Banpresto Dragon Ball Z Resolution of Soldiers Volume 5 Future Trunks – Value $35 on Amazon

The second statue features Trunks from Dragon Ball Z.

I won’t go through my Banpresto spiel again, but I’m loving this statue as well!

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Fusion Sword Replica – Value $20

I couldn’t find this exact item online – but it has to go down as THE best mini sword replica I’ve ever seen.

You’ll have some construction to do as it comes in 7 different pieces.

Lootaku-march-2017-0009

It’ll come with everything you need to construct it – it’s worth the effort!

Sword Art Online Mug Kirito – Value $10

The second of three Sword Art Online items is a mug.

the mug has a full wraparound graphic of Kirito.

Sword Art Online Wall Scroll Asuna – Value $14 on Amazon

The last Sword Art Online item is an Asuna wall scroll.

Lootaku-march-2017-0031

It’s a fabric banner that has everything you need to hand it right out of the packaging.

Final Fantasy Dialog Box Laser Cut Fridge Magnet Sephiroth – Value $8 on Amazon

OK – this is really fun, and something I’d like to see done with more games! This magnet is a dialog box from Final Fantasy VII – FUN!

Verdict: Lootaku is fast becoming a box that I get REALLY excited to pry open. I’m not a big Anime fan, and a lot of these boxes definitely lean towards an Anime theme, but I still love constructing and displaying the statues. I’m very much into comic statues – this is one of the few subscriptions where you’ll get a statue – so if that is what you’re looking for, this is the one to try!

What do you think of the March 2017 Lootaku?
