I just signed up and it put me on a waitlist. I would not have given them my credit card information had I known I would be put on a waitlist. Very disappointed:/

If you tweet Ipsy Care on Twitter they will take you off the wait list! Very good customer service on Twitter!!

Yea I don’t use twitter or post on any social media sites. And you can quote skip it if you do some free advertising for them. No thanks. There are many other bags that are basically the same thing so they aren’t doing themselves any favors. And taking my card info without saying a waitlist. Both tactics are poor customer service and I haven’t even got a box yet

Everytime I have signed up for ipsy I e-mailed them and begged them to take me off the waitlist and they have always! Try it, you might be surprised!

Uhm… I don’t understand how to use this?.. If I click on the link, it takes me to personalize my profile, but then nothing. I don’t see how to actually get the bag.

Oh, hold on, I think I am already subscribed. When I click on “my account”, it says that next billing date is 5/1. All good. 🙂
