  1. I got the replacement item. It is the Lite Up: Skin Brightening Serum, 4 oz., $48, 5 reviews 4 1/2 stars (from the VBEAUTE site).

  2. I just received my beauty report box today. I got box A and I am very happy with everything in it. It took forever to get here but worth the wait!

  3. Has anybody received their replacement yet? Just received Box B today, and I must admit I am a lot more excited than I thought I would be…excited to try every single product, even though I have only heard of 1 of them…

    regarding the prod replacement…
    confirmation email (May 4): “was included in your shipment:1 — BR VBEAUTE MAILER ” I am assuming this means 1 product is included???
    tracking states: “weight 0.2 lbs / 0.09 kgs”
    Status (May 8) : Label created (still)

    • Same as you, I have a mailing date of 5/3, yet the label has “been created” as of 5/5 and absolutely nothing after that. Weird

  4. Disregard what I just said- after looking at the email I realized it said there are 2 items in the package. That makes it seem like it’s the Evidence Eraser: Oil Free Facial Cleanser ($24) and the Rub Off: Oil Free Facial Exfoliater. This combo also makes the weight of the package make sense.

    • I really hope that is what we are getting! The other two $48 products are just ho hum to me but I know I’ll use these. Mine still says mailing label has been created after a week. It’ll more than likely surprise me and he delivered with no notice

  5. I got an email with tracking info today for the replacement product. There are two $48 items on the VBEAUTE website, the Eye Lube: Intense Eye Serum and Lite Up: Skin Lightening Serum. This came to me automatically.

    • Ooooooh, that’s what the email was for. I thought I had forgotten what else I ordered.

  7. I took a picture of my expiring sunscreen (April 2017) and sent it to customer service lats week.

  8. Now if Indie Beauty Expo would do the same for the expired Trufora in their box which was a $99 box plus shipping.

  9. Am I the only one who has not received the email? I got a box B that had an expired sunscreen.

    • I got Box B and got the email.. perhaps they will just send it automatically.. but maybe you should email them just in case.

    • I also received Box B and no email. Does anyone have the customer service email? My order confirmation came from a no reply email.

  10. My guess is the Intense Eye Serum which I’d be very happy with. I was already happy because I received the Dermaflash.

    • I meant to say the Eye Lube.

  11. I get the Test Tube regularly and love my products from them I may get something I don’t use which is very rare with their boxes! I had no problems other than Trufora had a early expiration date. I never contacted them about it but it’s great that they’re putting forth the effort to make everyone happy! I got well over $29 worth of products plus the dermaflash! I chose to swap it and it was for something out of box C lol

  12. Do we get this automatically, or do we have to contact them? Sigh. It rarely gets easier…

    • It sounds like they are going to send the product automatically. I did not reach out to them about this product and I got the email.

    • I’ll bet you get it automatically, because I remember when New Beauty had a snafu with some tan towels in their Awards Box (they only sent one tan towel, as opposed to a whole box, which they advertised), they automatically sent out a whole box along with some extra goodies. I never contacted them about the towels, because I couldn’t have cared less about them, but I still received the replacement items anyways.

      • I never received my tan towel replacements despite contacting them. So I guess it is hit or miss.

    • Good question. I was wondering the same thing. I am hoping they will send it automatically.

    • They told me it would be automatic.
