The Best Subscription Boxes for Kids - Voted by Subscribers!

We live and breathe subscription boxes here at MSA, and we know our readers do too. This January, we surveyed YOU for your favorite boxes across several categories, and we're happy to finally be able to share the results!

Read on to see which 6 boxes you voted for topped the charts in the "Best Box for Kids" category - and see our pick for the box to watch for 2017.

Best Subscription Boxes for Kids

1. Kiwi Crate, $19.95/month

All of the KiwiCo boxes are big favorites with kids, so it was no surprise that Kiwi Crate topped the list this year! (All of their other boxes are also on this list, so they're a great brand to check out for all ages if you're looking for an educational kids subscription box!)

Kiwi Crate is a subscription box for children ages 3-8. It arrives every month with all the materials and instructions needed to complete 2-3 crafts centered around a theme, plus additional materials to help educate young learners!

For the tiniest nerds and geeks, they also have Nerd Block Jr. in both a boys’ and girls’ variety! 3. Tinker Crate, $19.95/month

Tinker Crate is a subscription box for kids ages 9-14 from KiwiCo. Like Kiwi Crate, it comes with everything you need to complete projects based around a central theme. Unlike Kiwi Crate, however, these projects are less crafty and more based on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) learning and enrichment.

The brand we're watching in 2017: Pley, $12.99 - $24.99/month

Pley originally launched as a toy rental subscription, and their Toy Library option is still available starting at $12.99 per month. They've recently started expanding their options, and now have a Disney Princess Pley Box ($24.99/month plus shipping) as well as a National Geographic Pley Box ($19.99/month plus shipping). We are definitely keeping an eye on this brand to see what else they have in store for 2017!
