This is a review of the Marvel theme!
The Marvel shirt I received featured Loki.
This is a costume shirt, it’s 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex – think Loot Wear Underwear type material. While it’s a fun design – it ended up being rather tight at my appropriate sizing, and because of that, it was pretty revealing!
I like that the all-over print even captures Loki’s cape – it’s definitely a fun design.
Daredevil #102 – Value $1-2
I received a classic comic in my bag.
It was a legitimate classic comic – the original print from 1997 of Daredevil #102. While I like reprints – there’s something about the grittier paper pages and old-school ads that just bring me back. It’s a little book of nostalgia for me. I actually remember NoggleGoggles!
Captain America Pin – Value $.50-1?
The last item is a Captain America shield pin.
Verdict: This is a definitely a fun subscription – you’ll know you’ll be getting a shirt within the genre of your choice, but the shirt and bonus items are a surprise. The value of this delivery is probably right on with the cost, though, so it may be a little bit of a gamble without that value buffer – but I’m excited to see what future shirts’ values might be.
