This is the information sheet that came with this month’s package from Super Geek Box, detailing the contents. This month’s theme is CLASSIC. They also send a theme pin every month, which is pictured to the right.

Please note that since many of the items in Super Geek Box are custom/exclusive, lots of these values are guesses.

SGB Exclusive Retrobits Dimension Shirt – Value $15?

What a cool shirt! My kids love all things Mario, so they absolutely loved this tee! They are gradually coming around to the concept of 8-bit awesomeness. My eleven-year-old son is wearing this shirt, and he is average height and weight for his age. The shirt is a size Youth L. I just mention this in case you are considering this subscription for a child to help with sizing.

SGB Exclusive Retro Hedgehog Gym Bag – Value $8?

As any Sonic fan knows, he would make an excellent addition to the track team! This bag is perfect for the kids to put their gym clothes in. They love it!

Transformers 30th Anniversary Blind Bag – Value $3.99

It’s Megatron! My nine-year-old was very happy to get this little guy in his blind bag. They love Transformers!

SGB Exclusive Mystery Power Up Fridge Magnets – Value $3?

When I pulled these out of the box and handed them to my nine-year-old, I said, “Look! Minecraft magnets!” You can only imagine the eye-rolling that commenced. Of course, these are not Minecraft magnets, but obviously, they are the power up boxes from Super Mario Bros. My son loved them, but I felt silly. I should have known better.

Pacman Family Plushie by Bandai Namco – Value $21.98

I was really surprised at what a hit this little guy was with my nine-year-old! I didn’t think the kids ever even played Pacman, but he was really excited about it! This is one of eight possible variations they could have received, and I’m so pleased they got the pellet ghost! The regular ghosts were just too stressful.

Verdict: Super Geek Box is awesome! This month was a grand slam for my boys! They loved everything, but I think the ghost and the tee were the favorite items. The value this month comes to about $52, which is excellent for a $20 box and overshoots their promised value of $40.

  1. My kiddo loved this box too! And it was awesome for us “adults” as well since it was classic themed and very nostalgic of our own childhoods. We got the white ghost variation. So far Super Geek Box has been a favorite along with Loot Crate. Items in Geek Fuel has been more hit or miss for us.

    • Awesome!
