I’m excited about next month’s surprise, the April Box is inspired and designed by Sara Douglas, the CEO of Stampin’ Up! And from the photo, it seems next month’s box will have a different look. Make sure to subscribe by April 10th to receive the April Box.

Paper Pumpkin has an informational leaflet every month with instructions and what is included in the kit. This month’s theme is “Bunny Buddies”. I made nine bunny treat bags with accompanying notecards and envelopes.

Here’s the bunny bag, I stuffed with tissue paper to give it a full look but you can add whatever spring or Easter treat you like. I love the added detail of the pom-pom bunny tail and the stickers I added to the inside flap of the bunny ears. My only complaint is when I had to stamp the treat bags I had to stamp the face in parts. It would have been easier to have a stamp with the whole bunny face. It some ways this could give you more creativity but in my opinion, it was cumbersome.

Here are the small note cards with envelopes, I stamped the front of the cards with a bunny face and the inside I stamped with Easter and spring greetings.

Verdict: This month’s Paper Pumpkin project is perfect for spring and it was super easy. Over the last few months, their craft box curation has been an actual “craft” project versus just making cards each month, which I am pleased with. Once again, this is a great value for $19.95. now I’m ready to find spring treats to fill my bunny bags. Also, every month there is a craft tutorial on You Tube, which is very helpful.

What do you think of this month’s Paper Pumpkin box? Have you tried a monthly crafting box before?

  1. I think your bunny bags are adorable! I agree where it would make more sense to have one stamper for the face.

  2. This sub is about the worse sub out there. I have gotten the last 5 months and finally cancelled after being ripped off 4 months in a row. The first was soso and after that went really down hill. I was so disappointed as there was absolutely no creativity in the repetitive projects. And if you have children over 6 or no children at all total waste of money. Not worth it!!!!

    • What kind of projects did you receive? I can see where this bunny kit works best for someone with children/grandchildren to either help make the bunnies or to give to as Easter treats, but I looked at their website and it looked like they had many projects that were not child oriented. I’m kind of interested in this sub but would like more information. Thanks.

      • Check out the past reviews on this subscription box to see what other crafts were made. I hope that helps. And the sub cost $19.95 a month.

        • I had seen your reviews and looked at their site. I liked what I saw and was confused by Nancy’s comments and wondered what issues she had problems with.

          • Monah, oh okay got it, hopefully she will share so you can get a better perspective. Thanks for checking out the review🙂
