  1. Great customer service. My Mystery box was missing the wood reeds from the diffuser set. After notifying the company, I got a prompt response saying they didn’t have more in the warehouse, so they would send me something else. Within just a few days, I received a lovely necklace.
    Luxe Pineapple stands by their products – pretty unusual.

  2. My box had brass feather catch-all, rifle mini notebook, honey belle gold cleansing oil, demeter royal apricot roll-on perfume oil.

  3. I got my mystery box today.
    I got the cream color silk pillow case and rifle paper note pad from the February home box and got the silicone makeup sponge and enamel charm from the March post box.
    I got that home box, so I happily now have a pair of the pillow cases. I don’t get the post box, or have one of the silicone makeup sponges, so happy to try it out.
    I am happy with this mystery box for the price.

  4. See a subscription box company ran by a woman, owned up to her mistake and is trying to fix it. Not blaming anyone and helping people get a box. I love Luxe Pineapple, best customer service out there!

      • That is so cool! I happened to order before they ran out. This is my first box ever with this company and I usually feel a little nervous when I try a new sub. So good to know this is not a company I have to worry about.

  9. It wasn’t even on sale until 11 but sold out before that? Hmm…

    There are so many boxes out there, stuff like this makes me not think twice about skipping this one. I dislike dishonesty.

    • It started earlier than they said. I received the email at 9:42 am eastern and purchased right away.

  10. Darn–got the heads up email last night and was too slow this morning. Sold out already, an hour after receiving the email. Oh, well. I probably don’t need more stuff. 🙁

  12. Liz new beauty has a limited edition box called the beauty report for 29.00 there will 15 full and deluxe size samples. I got an email with the info and bought one, it also says only 500 available

  13. Do you think all the items will be the same for each box or would they be different? I’d be willing to buy 2 but don’t want to run into the Popsugar fiasco all over again.

    • I understand how you feel! For the cost I took a chance on two to regift in care packages or moms day! They have great stuff!
