Love-with-Food-March-2017-Chewies-Cookies

Tasty Brand - Organic Emoji Shaped Chocolate Cookies, 1 oz - Value $1.25 (buy a pack of 20 for $25 on Love With Food)

These chocolate cookies are free from artificial ingredients and high fructose corn syrup. The emoji faces are pretty accurate - I thought they were cute. As far as taste goes, these are very similar to the outside of an Oreo cookie. I think they would be good with a cup of coffee or tea as an afternoon snack.

Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities, 1.27 oz - Value $1.25 (buy a pack of 20 for $25 on Love With Food)

I have received these in several subscription boxes, and I always enjoy them. The flavors are more 'adult' than Starburst, and they're always very soft and flavorful. They are gluten and dairy free with no GMOs and no artificial colors.

Love-with-Food-March-2017-hippeas-popcorn-strawberry

Hippeas Vegan White Cheddar, 1 oz - Value $1.23 (buy a pack of 24 for $29.62 on Amazon)

With my recent legume intolerance, I was unable to try these. But I have tried them in the past and they're delicious!

Wise Popcorn, 0.5 oz - Value $0.54 (buy a 5.5 oz. bag for $5.99 on ShopFoodEx)

This is a great basic salted popcorn. I enjoyed it as a snack.

18 Rabbits Jr. Organic Mango Strawberry Bar, 1.05 oz. - Value $1.00 (buy a pack of 16 for $16 on 18Rabbits)

This is snack bar is made with whole-grain oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, honey, mango and strawberry, and chia seeds. I wondered about the name of the company "18 Rabbits Organics," so of course, I had to read their story. I enjoyed the flavor of this bar and the texture was nice as well.

Love-with-Food-March-2017-Toffee-Coffee-Chocolate

Enstrom Almond Milk Chocolate Toffee, 0.25 oz. - Value $0.80 (buy a pack of 25 for $19.99 on Love With Food)

When I took this toffee out to take pictures of it, it was completely melted, which is why there are no pictures of it. It was quite good, a little softer in texture than Almond Roca. The milk chocolate went really well with almond flavored toffee.

Espresso Candy, 2 pieces - Value $0.40 (buy a pack of 100 for $19.99 on Love With Food)

I receive these in my Love with Food boxes in the past. I am not a fan of coffee flavored candies, so they're not for me, but if you love coffee flavored candies you'll probably enjoy these.

Chocolaterie Monbana - Traditional Chocolate Drink, 1 packet - Value $1.67 (buy a pack of 12 for $19.99 on Love With Food)

This hot chocolate was really great: it was easy to prepare and tasted great mixed with coffee. I mix all of my hot chocolate with coffee, for that extra one-two-punch of coffee and chocolate in the morning!

Verdict: This Love with Food box has a value of $8.14. This is pretty standard for Love with Food - they offer a variety of products and tastes, which is nice, but the value is generally on the low side. If value is a huge factor for you, this is a box to watch and grab with our MSA20 or DELUXE10 coupons to lower the total box cost! Otherwise, I find it's a pretty nice mixture of products for a snack box and think it's a great option for subscribers.

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

I am very much enjoying this sub (tasting box), although Feb’s was not great; Dec was awesome and March was great. Their point system makes it easy to get free stuff 🙂

I liked this box. I get the deluxe version also (I went crazy over the holidays). At first i thought the toffee was too hard but it ended up being good. For my 2nd piece i smashed it in the wrapper with a mallet so that broke it up. (What i do for food). Funny thing about the chocolate cookies, the first bag i thought were ok, but i couldn’t make it through the 2nd, just couldn’t get through some kind of taste.
Now for those Hippeas, I loved those. I got cheddar and then fajita flavored. I was surprised I actually liked the fajita flavored ones because they were tasty but not really spicy. and loved the popcorn.
I thought overall this was a good box this month. Always looking forward to the next one. And they have a very generous point system.

My toffee wasn’t melted and I actually ordered a whole box of it with points. That wasn’t melted either (I live in Georgia). But I guess it can melt at any point along the shipment route.

I hope I never get a legume intolerance. Legumes are like 40% of what I eat.
