  1. I decided to give this a try. It’s my first Target box. Several of the items are 2 oz and that’s a great size to grab for a family vacation. I also love that the full sizes are affordable if I decide to repurchase.

  2. Just snagged one~

  3. A 7$ box and NO foil packets! Yay!!!

  4. It’s live, ladies, and it’s $7.00. There’s a comment on the page, “In order for more of our guests to enjoy the Beauty Box, there will be a purchase limit of 1 box per order.” Hmm.

    • They always say that. Limit one per order.

  5. If it’s 10.00 I’ll be passing again because I’m in product overload,I’m not even sure if I’d get it at 700

  6. Looks like there’s also a Maybelline mascara listed on Target’s page…

  7. I will be getting this target box if it’s $5 or $7 😍

  8. I skipped last month. I’ll skip this month as well. Too much for what you get and don’t use. Even if I give it away.

  9. Looks like another pass this month. Boring.

  10. I have to wait and see the sizes and cost, before making a decision. I’ve passed on the last few boxes. Last month’s was just horrible with all the foil packets for $10! I hope this has the lippie in full size and travel or deluxe sizes of the rest for $5 or $7. Guess we’ll find out next week!

  11. The only thing that really looks interesting is the Missha product, so I don’t think it’s worth buying the box for one thing. Majority of the items have already been in previous boxes, which is disappointing.

    • I have the missha product. Great reviews but doesn’t seem as good as the review says.kind of sticky to me. Maybe cuz I use alot of steps.i just want to see what a sample size looks like of it

  12. I’m on the fence about this box. I don’t really use dry shampoo, and I definitely don’t use wet skin moisturizers. I’ve gotten the SoapBox shampoo and conditioner in another box, and I have plenty of lip products already. I wouldn’t mind trying the MISSHA and maybe the Skinfix as long as they are not in a foil packet. If the box is only $5, I will buy it. I might even buy it at $7. But I definitely will not get it if it’s another $10 box!

  13. I guess I’m getting underwhelmed with beauty boxes–I would rather just pick up what I like. 🙂 I don’t use dry shampoo, and I don’t care for the wet moisturizers–feels so slimy going on. 🙁 So, this month’s Target box will be a pass for me.

  14. Last months was such a let down for me I told myself I was out for the next month! But I’m sure I’ll be pacing the floor waiting for it come out….damn that beauty box obsession 😉

  15. It’s a pass for me..

  16. I’ll be skipping since I’m probably going to be spending $300 in FFF add-ons lol

  17. Would get it if Missha is deluxe sample sized! But just realized I won’t be in the country when this comes out. 🙁

  18. Looks kinda boring, but I’m sure I’ll order one anyway, lol

  19. The hair stuff is blah to me, however all the skincare is exceptionally enticing. This will mostly likely be my first Target box. 😍😍😍

  20. Love Missha and Skinfix – I think I’ll bite on this one. Last few I definitely did not feel I missed out on anything.

    • Same. I think I bought a box in December and/or January, but I didn’t like them very much. I hope this is more like the good old days! Target was the first beauty box I ever got and I loved it – gifted 2 to my sister and dad’s SO, even!

  21. The Missha will prob just be a foil packet. I hope I’m wrong.

I hate wet skin moisturizers. It makes me feel icky right after a shower and I find it too awkward to towel dry when I can still see and feel the “lotion”. Plus it does not do anything for my skin really.

When I see how big the samples are I might consider buying.

    • Right, I always feel like it’s a waste and I have to still dry more removing the moisturizer.

  22. Target boxes are very hit or miss for me – this has a really nice mix of items that are usable to me and also are new items compared to the repeats that are usually in Target boxes (looking at you Laneige).

If it’s $7 I’ll jump, if it’s $10, I’ll wait to see if they discount it later in the mont like they have been the past few months.

  23. This looks like a pass for me.. nothing too exciting.

  24. I guessing this will be a $10 box to start. I think that Missha will put it over $7 mark …at first.

Looks good. I’d really like to try the Missha product. Hoping for a good size sample.

    • Yeah I was going to pass on this box too until I saw the Missha. Now I want to know what size the sample will be. Hope it’s a deluxe sized sample.

  25. I will pass this one. I’d want the gloss but it has pretty bad reviews (sticky etc.)

    • It’s really disappointing. I wish they would avoid products that actually have bad reviews. There is a lot of good drugstore beauty that I would love to try!

  26. Let’s pray this is a $7 box. I will be buying this one since it has Missha!!! Target, if you are listening, you may as well price this @ $7 instead of reducing it later. I am glad they decided to do k-beauty again. The last few boxes were awfully bad. The Kbeauty boxes forsure will sell out. Please do at least 2oz on the Missha. I have been eyeing this at my local target.

    • Oh yeah if any of these are foil packets, I AM DONE WITH TARGET!

  27. That’s an overinflated price on the Missha, usually it’s around $30, I get it on Amazon for about $25!

    • I rather pay more for an item at a legit store than order from Ebay or Amazon. I have my reasons. I don’t buy cosmetics from ebay or amazon but good for you.

      • totally agree on this. never know what youre gonna get from ebay or amazon!

      • I got the Amazon beauty box, which seemed legit – do you think there was a chance of fake products?

I don’t typically buy cosmetics from Amazon or eBay (though I understand if the product is only available in Korea, etc.). However, I tend to assume that if the seller is the actual company, it’s probably real – I know Julep sells their stuff there. I also assume Amazon itself doesn’t want to sell fakes (like when Amazon sells the beauty box, and not a company whose order is fulfilled by Amazon). I’m definitely curious to know what you think, though!

        • As far as I know, the Amazon box was curated/stocked directly from Amazon and the manufacturers. The problem with ordering these things (shampoos, creams) from Amazon/Ebay is when an INDIVIDUAL SELLER is the one shipping it to you from the Marketplace. I have heard (and read reviews) about the products from sellers being “watered down” or otherwise replaced with random drugstore creams, etc. and that’s why I won’t buy beauty from the Marketplace.

I was at Sephora the other day and they said this is happening more & more, where they actually cross-reference scents/textures before accepting returns of used beauty products…. because people are decanting the actual product into a home jar/bottle and refilling the manufacturer’s jar with some cheap junk 😮 Everyone wants something for nothing, I guess!

          • Oh, I totally agree with what you’re saying, then. I’m lucky to live in a city near Sephora, Target, Sally’s, and Ulta (my closest Sephora is embarrassingly close), but I still love online shopping for my GWPs and 1 am shopping.

I can’t believe people are watering product down before returning it to stores! That’s the sort of thing that could make stores tighten return policies for all of us…

        • Yes, the Amazon Beauty Box is legit, as is the designated “Luxury Beauty” department on Amazon. The products in this department are legit are prices are comparable to retail at Macy’s or Sephora. Where you get into iffy territory on Amazon are the 3rd party sellers, especially if products are sold for _considerably_ less than they retail elsewhere. It’s important to make that distinction about Amazon.

          • I love all of the amazon prime boxes and that they give you back the credit to buy more beauty products. How fun is that. I give you all my monies amazon…. Here.. Here’s more… lol

        • I thought I posted a reply, oops.

Thanks! That was more along the lines of what I assumed, but it’s good to know that the luxury beauty is legit. I like shopping in stores or online at Sephora and Ulta anyway (you can’t beat the return policies and the GWPs), so I think a slightly higher price is typically worth it.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that people are taking advantage of the generous return policies, but it’s still sort of shocking. That could make stores switch to more strict returns for everyone…

    • The Korean or Korean products website it’s about 49. I like the spray better though

  28. I think I’ll pass . Didn’t we get jergens in December’s box . Dry shampoo I have no use for.

  29. Aww the SoapBox shampoo has sulfates. I can easily give it to someone else in my house, but it means I can’t try it myself. The lip gloss gets pretty terrible reviews, unfortunately. 🙁 I have so many dry shampoos that I’m not really excited about the Dove one, but I’m sure I can use it or give it to my sister.

The skinfix sounds good (even though I have so much face wash from subs and GWPs!). And the Missha gets great reviews. I’m considering picking it up just for those two. I really hope it’s $7, though, since that seems more reasonable.

Question: does anyone know if products like the Jergens work on pale skin? I’ve always been afraid to even open them for fear of turning orange. Thanks!

    • The Jergens glow lotion doesn’t turn my skin orange, I have the fairest or fair skin (you can see huge blue veins all over my chest like it’s see-through). So I can’t tan! Anyway it just makes me look like I have some sparkling lotion on my legs where I normally wear it. Over time it gives my legs the “appearance” of being a teeny bit tan. I haven’t used the wet skin moisturizer though!

      • Thank you! I’ll try it somewhere inconspicuous first, I think. My veins are similar – whenever I see Liz do a wrist swatch, I think about how visible my veins are in comparison. 🙁 I love your name btw.

    • I have used the Soapbox coconut and bataua fruit shampoos and they definitely were sulfate free. I have not tried the bamboo type, so you might want to check the label on it to make sure. The others smell really nice and worked well with my hair. This box looks great to me. Everyone’s excitement over the Missha product makes me really want to try it. I am glad the Skinfix is a cleanser instead of a lip balm or hand cream. All of this is very useful for me. Very excited.

      • Ok I think my reading comprehension is rapidly decreasing. The SoapBox says it is SLS and SLES free, so I wonder why it doesn’t just say sulfate-free? The second ingredient is not a sulfate, but was on a list to avoid because it can apparently be more drying. Sorry I can’t read properly lol!

My hair gets super dry so I might pass on the shampoo anyway, but I rarely find shampoos and conditioners that I really like.

  30. Nope, nope, nope. This one is a big pass for me. I hate when they throw in a bunch of hair products. I only use professional products on my hair.

  31. I will be grabbing a box. I love the Jergen’s Wet Skin Moisturizers and have been impressed with the other Skinfix products from previous boxes.

    • Skinfix products are good in general, their eczema cream works really well on my daughter’s skin. I’ll probably order this box for the Skinfix and the Missha.

      • I love the body butter – it really softens my rough cuticles and feet. I keep the big container on my nightstand and have a travel container at work.

  32. This is the first Target box I’ve been interested in for the past few months! As long as most of these are decent sized samples and not foil packets, I think I will be getting this one.

    • I agree! I love Soapbox and Skinfix.

Normally dry shampoo is an automatic plus for me, because I use it when I don’t wash my hair. But I’ve tried that one and it wasn’t great. But I’d try it again in sample size, right? =)

    • I agree! I think they should price it at $7 to begin with. $10.00 especially with foil pack potentials would be overpriced to me.

      • I am pretty fed up with paying $10 only to have them rediuced to $7 2 weeks later

        • They will refund the difference if it’s within 14 days.

    • Yes, I’m liking this one better than the February box all day long!

    • Ditto exactly! 😀

  33. Dry shampoo in a spoiler is an instant turn-off for me. Barely matters what the other items are.

    • Lol, I’m the opposite!

    • Agree! Can’t do anything with it. Don’t want it

      • I think I read here somewhere a few months ago a woman sprays dry shampoo into her shoes. It’s supposed to freshen them up.

Second month in a row I’m passing on a Target box 🙁

  34. I bet this will be a $10 box only to be lowered to a $7 box later, but I’ll be paying $10 because I hate feeling I might miss out. So let’s see. I am getting this box as soon as it’s available.

    • I fully agree with you. I truly think this will be a $10 box, and will be lowered to $7 like the past couple (or few?) of the $10 boxes have been. I knew this would be the case for the February box too, but I bought it at $10 anyways. While there was the slightest case of FOMO, I truly didn’t believe it would sell out at $10. I mostly bought it at full-price for the instant gratification of having it. 🙂 I knew I was going to get it regardless (I’ve really enjoyed all of the Target boxes I’ve purchased since early last year), and that extra $3 was worth it to me. Of course, if it was a larger ticket item, then I’d wait for it to go on sale.

    • Totally agree.

  35. At first glance I’ll skip but then I’ll read Liz’s review and want it…LOL
    Thanks Liz!!

    • That usually happens to me too!

  36. I always look forward to the Target box. Some are better than others but I’ve found so many products that I didn’t think I’d use that have become regular items for me. My 15 year old niece loves the boxes as well. We swap out items that the other would use and put what neither will use in a box for Christmas boxes.

    • Same here with always looking forward to it. I buy even the boring ones. I’ve discovered a few great brands through Target boxes, even moreso than Birchbox, Glossybox, and Sephora Play.

  37. missha and skinfix looks good. Thanks for the spoiler, Liz!

  38. Eeeeeeasy pass for me, I love skin fix but have zero interest in an oil cleanser. No interest in the shampoo/conditioner or the lip product. The dry shampoo would be interesting to try and the serum but not enough to pay what I’m sure they will be asking.

    • Same here. Nothing but the serum interests me.

    • You mean all of $7? The box looks boring to me personally, and I won’t be ordering it because I prefer a lot more makeup in my beauty boxes, but you can’t deny that it’s worth the very low price they charge.

      • I agree completely. I just ordered a sandwich for lunch for $7; all this for $7 is really a deal. Even though the dry shampoo is a miss for me, I am getting the box just for the fun of trying new stuff. If I like something and want to get more, I know it will be reasonably priced stuff I can pick up at a store I actually shop go to. There aren’t many boxes with which you can do that.

  39. MISSHA!? wonder what size the sample will be…

    • Same. If it’s like their Laneige samples, I’d be pretty thrilled. 🙂

    • I was in anyway, but I’m definitely in for that. Hopefully it’s a good size. I’m guessing with that in it, assuming it’s not a foil packet, this will be a $10 box (at least at first).

  40. Hmmm doesn’t seem very exciting, for $5, maybe.
