The CS sucks and they say they don’t provide tracking but we notify you by email about your shipment. I’ve yet to hear from them about Feb. when they ‘guarantee’ it ships in the 1st week of the month…

I don’t get this one (thinking of trying it)But another one I get from Japan is the same..no tracking.It made me a little nervous at first but it showed the other day.They told me in an email to expect shipping to take three weeks..And that was about how long it took.So there is hope for you.
