This is a very simply packaged subscription box - the purse comes in a non-marked box, and there are very few accouterments! This note from the Ivory Clasp team was included.
Dolce Vita Collection Elise Tote - Value $228.00 (tag lists $198.00)
My purse this month is from Dolce Vita Collection and it is 100% leather with a polyester lining. The tag says that it is $198.00 but it is for sale on the Dolce Vita website and online for $228.00. Either way, this is the highest value purse I've received from Ivory Clasp and I think it's my favorite print too! The back is pretty simple. There are few accouterments and the only noticeable difference from the front is the tassel attachment and the seam for the pocket.
This tote does not close at the top but does have a tassel that hangs over from the back to the front keeping it somewhat closed. The tassel is really cute and adds a nice bit of style to the bag, in my opinion!
Here's the only pocket inside the purse. I really like the size of this pocket and the fact that it zips closed. Since the bag itself doesn't zip shut - this pocket is perfect for keeping valuables.

I styled the bag with my Vince Camuto pencil skirt, Aquatalia booties, a Banana Republic tee, and my Promod wool coatigan that I picked up in Paris this month! I very rarely have clothes that I wear specifically for day or night. Much of my wardrobe crosses over since when I go to business events I have to wear business formal wear, and when I go to church (at least 3 times a week), I dress up as well. I probably always am a bit overdressed, but I like it that way! This look took me from day-to-night this Saturday - breakfast with some friends, then a business meeting, and then out to dinner.
Having a bag this large was quite a benefit too - I could keep my necessities, along with water, and still had room for my Target run later in the day (we've moved to reusable bags in CA, and I always forget them - so when I have a big purse, it doubles as my shopping bag!).
Verdict: I really loved my bag this month! It is 100% leather, which makes it actually worth the price it's valued at, appears to be really well made, is right up my alley for a fun tote bag, and it works great to take to a farmer's market or shopping as well. The little zippered pocket is what makes this tote great - I can keep all of my valuables zipped away, and still feel free to drop things in without unzipping the top! I love it.
