Some Ipsy subscribers have been given the option to select one of their samples for the March box via email (Thanks for the heads up, Sara!)

If you’re not sure what to request for March, here are my favorites:

Darn! Just heard back from them – they ran out of the Pur concealer that I wanted. Same other choices given above are available.

That wasn’t mentioned but I’m sure if you just email and ASK what the options are you may get a different/larger list? WHY DO YOU KNOW OF OTHER CHOICES?

I haven’t, but you could email them and ask what options there are, I’m sure they would let you know. The woman I talked to made it clear that anyone could make a choice.

WHY DO YOU KNOW OF OTHER OPTIONS?!

I just requested the NEOGEN COCONUT MILK PURE MILD CLEANSER because I’m more interested in cleansers and skincare than makeup right now…at least until I start getting through my stash of bronzer and blushes that I hardly use. I was able to snag the befine cleanser for my February’s bag and I’m excited to get that. You can never be too clean!

Does anyone know what the DLS kitty pink blush looks like? I’m kind of intrigued and think I want to choose that one, but can’t find a swatch picture anywhere for it.

I have this from an ipsy offer, and seems ideal IF you are very fair and warm or neutral toned. (It doesn’t work for me at all since I’m medium and cool toned.) The color is an extremely light apricot/peach shade. If you look good in peach/orange/warm shades that are on the paler side, it seemed like a decent blush.

I found a video on Ipsy’s YouTube with Madison Miller that was posted last month called Indie Beauty 101. She showed that blush and did both a hand and cheek swatch. It looks like a light peachy/apricot kind of color, and as far as I could tell looks like it’s matte or has very little shimmer to it. It looked really pretty!

Yes I did a few days ago and had no problems. Just make sure to say the full name of the product to be clear.
I thought the choosing thing was just for specific people who were offered or like a certain amount, but the woman that emailed me made it pretty clear that this is open to everyone, you just have to request. I’m really happy I got to choose! I chose the PUR concealer pen.

I’m PRETTY sure that’s what its gonna be. You could always email Ipsy they replied very quickly like within an hour even though the subject said “March glam bag item request”. But I’m like 90% sure you’d get the cute little snail. I love Ipsy because they always use pictures of the products you’re ACTUALLY gonna get rather than the picture of what the full size looks like.

I’m getting the Pur concealer in one of my bags and the Elizabeth Mott brush in my second one. Yay!

I’ve been emailing Ipsy every month! I don’t think many people know to contact them, but you can specifically request to NOT get as many things as you want, and can request one item every month. E.g. I requested to not get any mascara or bronzer, and asked for a powder brush this month (hoping for the Luxie one).
Also, I had an allergic reaction to one of the products in the January bag, and when I emailed them about it they apologized and sent me a new item!

Randi was my guy to and he was soooo sweet. I also asked for the Pur in light. Last month I emailed them to thank them for letting me opt out of mascara and they gave an option then too. I’m getting Luxie gold brush this month.I’ve found if you wait until the first of the month they’ll give you an option. I wish more beauty boxes did this.

They won’t accept any requests unless they specifically email YOU bc you have to reply to that email which is linked to your account. I have 2 ipsy accounts, one for 2 years, the other for 3 months. They’re only giving this option to the newly subscribed accounts. Would have been great though!

Yeah I’ve been with them for 4 years and there was no problem! Guaranteed the luxie brush… didn’t want nail polish & hand cream …Shannon is amazing, she helped me with quite a few issues last week! Even an offer I didn’t receive from a long time ago! They are the best out there!

I also have now emailed them 2 months in a row with requests without them having ever messaged me about it. I’m excited. The sample choice and the points for reviews equaling money in the shop were the only things that made birchbox somewhat equivalent, Now Ipsy is the only remaining beauty sub.

I got a chance to get the snail cream full size in the cute packaging from the 0.8 Liter Campagin and OMG, this stuff is awesome. There is a slight tingle when I apply it but my face didn’t have an allergic reaction. Not sure which sample to choose.🤔

I contacted Ipsy and asked if I could opt-out on the snail cream. I received a reply that they can’t opt-out on specific items, but she could opt me out on moisturizer for March instead. I told her that was fine.

I just requested the Elizabeth Mott. It’s a terrific blending brush (they gave me one last year, and now I want another one!) Really good brush. I recommend it.

I have one too and like it a lot, but maybe mine is different-it looks like this but isn’t really a blending blush. It’s not fluffy like a blending brush but is compact like a normal shadow brush. It is perfect for packing on shadow. And it is pink! So fun!

A snail cream sample would probably not come in that cute plastic snail packaging, but in a foil packet or something. But! Maybe it’s one of the month’s full size items. I think I will take a chance and ask for it, though I don’t know if I’d actually use it, the gross out factor (for me) is still there.

When I was in Korea they had large and small sizes! So I think it would actually come in a small snail container 😊 something around 15mL

Good news: I got a sample of this same snail cream in another sub (beauteque maybe? Can’t remember) and it DID come in a cute little snail package. It is tiny – only 5ml- but still very cute.
