Yes! Beware! The beautiful bags sucked me in last time… my winter bag from VIP box is still in customs in France… STILL waiting. I’d think twice before ordering as you probably won’t get this until the end of summer (they shipped their fall box late too).

Thank you for letting people know! For the price of this subscription you’d expect better customer service regardless of the “value” of the items. You saved many people a headache I’m sure.

Dear Kelly,
Our boxes are customized and we are getting the merchandise for them from all over the world.
We do have delays at times due to vendors, customs clearing and sometimes our human errors.
But when we are late we send gifts to clients as our goal is to keep them happy.
We are constantly working on improving all aspects of our service.
This particular French brand has amazing bags and we are one of the first few companies to bring it here, in the US, and the only company to provide this value.
