Then, you look through their jewelry collection and select any pieces you want to try to your Wish List. Rocksbox will aim to send you at least one piece from your Wish List in each set. You can also leave feedback for your stylist so that she can better understand your tastes for future sets.

If you like something enough to purchase, they offer $10 in "Shine Credit" to spend on jewelry every month. This credit can be used on your sets or on Rocksbox's online shop (Shine Credits are automatically applied to the price at the time of purchase and ship separately from your sets.)

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post  to learn more about how we review boxes.)

My package arrived about two business days after receiving a shipping email.

The box includes a prepaid return label (make sure to keep this and the original packaging for returns), a few cards, and a slip that details what I received in this set.

For December, my stylist granted me two pieces from my Wish List.

Gorjana Mesa Wave Cuff - Value $110 (Cost to keep: $93)

Before starting Rocksbox, I had minimal interest in bracelets. But now, after being introduced to so many beautiful ones, I've found that I have a fondness for open cuffs! This one from Gorjana is easily adjustable. The design matches the Mesa Wave Ring that I received back in my first Rocksbox review.

It is made from 18K gold plated over brass.

Here it is in action at a winter gala I attended. I love the wavy silhouette against my skin tone. It looks ok paired with the necklace, but the design clashes a little with the ring.

Kendra Scott Elisa Necklace in Rose Gold Iridescent Drusy - Value $65 (Cost to keep: $55)

I told my stylist that I love druzy, so she sent me this classic Kendra Scott piece. It is 14K rose gold plated over brass.

The pendant is gorgeous! I love how the druzy glitters oh-so-delicately in the light. It's the perfect neutral piece for me.

Gorjana Cameron Layer Necklace - Value $85 (Cost to keep: $72)

This is a delicate layered necklace made from 18K gold plated over brass. I like the look of the delicate chains, but the execution is a little off. I just can't get them to drape properly down the neck.

Upon my stylist's suggestion, I tried wearing both necklaces together. The rose gold tone of the Kendra Scott piece is light enough that it pairs well with the gold. However, I prefer wearing them separately.

Verdict: For me, half of the fun of Rocksbox is in discovery. I loved the Gorjana cuff more than I thought I would! On the other hand, the Gorjana necklace didn't work as well as I wanted. Overall, though, I'm happy that my stylist listens to my feedback and grants so many pieces from my Wish List.

I noticed that my two Gorjana pieces were out of stock or sold out in many online stores. It may be because they're styles from previous seasons. While that doesn't bother me, it's something to point out. Rocksbox introduces new styles all the time, so it could just be that my tastes are several seasons behind!

I love Kendra Scott! I wear that exact same Kendra necklace just about every day, and always get so many compliments. What a fun subscription! I highly recommend using some of your credits to purchase the necklace outright- it looks beautiful on you!

Does the $10 accumulate each month or is it use it or lose it each month?

They have two types of credits. A monthly “shine” credit that is $10 per month and is use or lose and a “forever” credit is for referring a friend and doesn’t expire monthly.
