For the first two outfits, Sara kept the outfit colors basic to allow for the bag to really pop!

Sara also suggests playing with patterns!

The pattern on her romper is a floral print with a digital/southwestern vibe that pairs nicely with the clutch’s pattern weave. And the clutch is reversible meaning it can be worn showcasing either the front or back pattern!

  1. I’m not much of a clutch girl, but I’m so excited to use this to protect my books! I’m super protective of my books and I always hate throwing them into my work backpack, I’ll probably be able to hardback inside the clutch! Woohoo!

    • Ooo – I love this idea! Protect the books! 🙂 📚 💕

    • Thank you for this great idea! I think this bag is very unique and beautiful, but I know I would never use this as a clutch. This is perfect for books. February is looking to be another great month for Popsugar.

    • Awesome idea! I’m protective of my books as well and would have never thought to use a clutch for that reason.

  2. Love, Love, Love!!!

  3. Love!! Excited!!

    • It looks like it would easily hold your tablet too

  4. So happy! Love this spoiler and this clutch!!!!

  5. Super excited! Thank you, Popsugar, for keeping me trendy!!!!!

  6. Blue is my fave color, however it looks like the PS clutch is more dressy and goes with more. This will be my first clutch so I am pretty excited.😁

    • This is also my 1st clutch, I usually like crossbody bags. I might only use this on special occasions. So excited!

  7. I wish I were as excited about this as everyone else but I have a billion and 1 clutches already. Maybe I’ll feel differently once I have it in person..

  8. Love this, my clutch addiction directly came from my sub addiction!
And if you aren’t a clutch person, this one looks big enough for Ipad/tablets too:)

    • great idea! I’m not a clutch person, but I think this one & others are so cute. I’m happy we got a real spoiler vs a tease. it’s a winner.

      • It would also be good for smaller items when traveling if you don’t fold it over. I have some pouches about this size, give or take, and I use one for my delicates, one for my contacts and glasses case, etc. It’s nice so stuff doesn’t all get lost amidst your other items in your suitcase.

  9. Obsessed!

  10. Ehhh. Not a clutch girl, but it might be useful to hold small items in a travel bag. It’s very cute, and I do like the fact that it’s not another ‘made in China’ product.

  11. WOAH! This is a great deal! I absolutely LOVE Popsugar Febuary boxes! They are a HOMERUN EVERY TIME! Any OTHER Months that are always so stellar? I signed up for one of the Holiday deals so I am stoked to be getting this! January was a FLOP for me but I knew to hold on through February!

  12. Please have a Victoria’s Secret item!!

    • I was hoping for a Victoria Secret item as well!

  13. LOVE this. So useful and cute. Very excited since I hated the January box!

  14. Will add cute red heart pin or charm to pop on black and white print and add a little feb vibe when i use it this month to grab lunch, etc… but really cant wait to throw it in my huge beach bags to go from day-> night look this summer!! Finally, a really really nice separate compartment so my cellphone/keys/tech and notes dont get full of sand!!! Cant wait. This will get used soooo much!!!
It doesnt scream valentines day, but has a total “take me out to a candle lit dinner” vibe

    • You just gave me an idea of what to do with the lips flair pin that came with the Erin Condren Seasonal box. I think it will go perfectly. Great suggestion!

  15. I love it. I can see using it inside one of my larger handbags to hold loose items. Or gifting it. Or keeping mine and swapping for an additional one to gift! I think it’s great and will definitely be keeping mine!

  16. I’m currently carrying my tribe alive clutch from globein and there are some noticeable differences. The design is definitely less intricate on my blue bag, and there is no pull on the zipper (I had to add one.) so I can see why this one retails for higher

  17. I’m so excited to get this clutch! It’s perfect for me (and I’d never pay that for a clutch so the RV is an added bonus) 😉

  18. Cute…but $98 RV??

    • I agree! The RV is way over- Rated!!

    • I can’t understand why this would cost $98. I’d like to see Valentine items in the February box.

  19. I was really expecting cute things for valentines after seeing last years and the early shipping notice. I’m disappointed in this. Hopefully it’ll be easy to swap.

    • Agree. Black and white is not What I think of for February. Clutch is too big and no free hands. Worthy cause but would have been better to have had it on another month…like June or July which are hard months to curate.

    • Hi Jacki, I’m super interested in it and would love to swap! I wish I could have signed up for this box. Check out my listings (I should have more by the time you would want to swap.)

      • I’m new to swaps and I can’t figure out how to find your listing

        • So Liz posted this tip for swapping awhile back that if you paste your swap profile on the website portion in the comments section that you can just click on that and it will take you to my swap page. Not sure if I did it right but hopefully if you click on my “website” it will take you to my page.

          • The link takes me to the main recent swaps page. So you’re on the right track, but not quite there.

        • I will try it from my computer at work tomorrow. I’m not the most tech savvy and trying to do things on my phone sometimes stumps me.

        • Ok. Let’s try this again. I’m at my work computer so hopefully it will work. Let me know if it doesn’t and I will figure out another way to get you my information.

        • Ok, one more time. My last one took me to my profile page but I think if you click on my name in this one it will take you to my swap page. I promise I’m not trying to stalk you I just want to see if I can get this to work.

          • Maybe she can find one of your items that there are not so many available. Like a make up brush etc. Then from there find your name/profile and your listings. Not stalking you either, lol. 😉

  20. 😻

  21. I am not completely in love with the clutch but then again I’m not really a clutch girl, never had one. But it seems nice, definitely perfect for date night, seems to fit the general theme. Still crushed I missed the last 2 yrs of Popsugar (mostly 2015’s heart cutting board, RIP) and Victoria’s Secret and the cute jewelry Tin last year.

So no matter what that clutch is worth my entire box, anything else is just icing on the cake

    • Do you use the swaps? I’m pretty sure I have the heart board unused, if you’re searching. 🙂

      • I don’t use clutches since I absolutely need to have a strap to be hands-free. Almost all my bags are crossbody with the exception of my work bag. I could use it as a toiletry bag when traveling though. Will reserve judgment until it arrives. I do like the idea behind the brand though.

  22. I need another clutch like a need a hole in the head but it’s very pretty and a great brand so I’m not complaining! 🙂

  23. I LOVE this spoiler! Cannot wait to get my Feb box!

  24. So not excited for this at all 🙁

  25. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛👛

    • What is that pink icon? Looks breast shaped but is the wrong colors.

      • It looks like a coin purse to me … 😊

      • I’m just guessing, but it may be a purse? Thank you…you made me smile.

      • Could be a pudding?

      • Haha! Closest emoji to a clutch!

  26. Very nice! Whew. Was not a fan of January, so happy to see a spoiler I like. Not sure how many clutches and handbags one person can use, but I’m up to the challenge!

    • Makes zero sense unless they have very limited inventory in February, their best box annually for years by miles!! I am so disappointed I played it too close tried to sign up for Feb so I wasn’t stuck with the Jan box…just cause I really won’t use anything in it!! I know I love Feb already..argh why pop sugar why who does ur ordering/negotiations!! Argh

      • As someone else speculated below, fair trade items often equate to lower quantities available and longer leadtimes. This is exactly what has gotten GlobeIn (a fully fair trade sub box) into trouble with irate subscribers lately since they have more subscribers than their current “production” with artisans can keep up with…leading to delayed shipments and needing to create a new business model. So it’s possible that with all of the pre-Christmas sub deals and other people also knowing that February is typically a good box, they maxed out their available orders for the month and had to cut them off. Getting more beautiful, handmade, fair trade clutches isn’t as easy as putting in a mass order from a warehouse in China for overnight delivery. But don’t get me wrong…I’m not a subscriber and I’m sad for missing out on this great deal too. 🙂

      • Oh and if you really really really just like the clutch, also mentioned below, there is a similar blue one for sale on the GlobeIn website for $40…or you can check out the Tribe Alive website too for other patterns. But, yes, they are still more than the box would be….

        • Don’t fear! There are over 30 already listed. I think a few of us are getting duplicate boxes after the black Friday deals (I know I am). This is the first time I will be ecstatic about getting a duplicate box.

  27. I love this !! The purse from the winter box was way to small for me, as long as this one can fit a little more I’m happy :).

  28. I am super excited for this clutch, but I agree that it’s not really Valentine’s Day related. I’m getting married on February 4 and I really hope something in the box has a heart! 🙂 <3

  29. This is my last month, I love the design and the mission! Thanks for the review.

  30. This is great! I can’t wait to get mine.

  31. I’m so excited! This is awesome 🙂

  32. Super excited!

  33. LOVE it!!!! *heart eyes* So excited!

    (Also… Sara’s style is freaking awesome… #goals)

    • I know! I want to buy everything Sara wears in all of her reviews! 🙂

  34. 😍 I love it!!!! I’m so excited for this spoiler! ❤ it screams LE box for me! Can’t wait to see full spoilers!

  35. Another clutch to add to the pile of subscription box clutches. :-/ going up for swap for sure. Got the black Friday deal so the retail value is there, I hoping the personal value is, too.

    • please think of me when you put this clutch up for swap! 🙂

  36. Love it and totally excited for the rest of the box, too! It looks like a great date clutch 😘

  37. ALL THE HEART EYES! And love seeing the clutch with outfits!!

  38. I’m a current subscriber and I LOVE that PS is promoting fair trade goods…but I wonder if this may have something to do with the “sold out til March” box status that seems to have disappointed many…

    • I’m not even a subscriber but I was thinking the same thing…especially since they have the January box on sale for 40% off right now. So they obviously aren’t out of January, but are holding off any more February subscribers so they can meet demands for this box. Fair trade items are often “harder to come by” than the typical items I’ve seen in this box so it would make sense why this month would be in smaller quantities. Guess I won’t be able to pick up a February box at 40% off in a month (like I have with October, November and January now…and I got the items I wanted from the December box in the “build your own box for 75% off sale”). 🙂

  39. So cute! And a great cause! Well done PopSugar

  40. I’m don’t typically carry clutches but this one would convert me into a clutch carrier….very cute!

  41. Ugh. Even though I really really like this, I already own one very very similar from another box. It looks like my 3-month trial of PSMH is going to be a complete bust. December wasn’t my taste and was difficult to gift (it went to my brother’s girlfriend’s mom, haha) and I haven’t even opened January because I was so underwhelmed with the complete spoilers–those things really aren’t for me.

  42. Well, never mind, just went to order another box and it looks like all the February ones are already gone 🙁

  43. Isn’t that like the same clutch that was in Globein valued at $50?

    • Yes! The globein was blue but it’s totally the same. The value seems to be inflated by double.. but, whatever.. I like it!

      • When it comes to sub boxes, retail values are overrated. If its something you like and it has value to you personally, then thats really all that matters. I think some people get caught up in the listed retail value. Its a cute clutch and i think with whatever else is in the box, its going to be worth the 20 bucks I paid for this sub 🙂

        • I don’t think the RV was inflated in this case bc this post links to the exact product for sale on Tribe Alive’s website for $98. The Globein one looked a little less ornate – maybe it has to do with the hand weaving? Who knows, either way I love it and black & white goes woth everything!

          • Ya totally! I don’t think popsugar inflates prices at all, you can pretty much always find the item for sale on the actual retailer for the price listed! I actually went to a Kendra Scott store a few weeks ago and saw the same exact bracelet from the November box listed at the $50 price! Such a steal 😀

    • Which one, can you post the link to review? Thanks.

    • looks very similar, same brand but different color. I may prefer the blue one honestly lol

    • There could be differences in materials, lining, etc. This exact clutch is selling on the Tribe Alive website right now for $98, so Popsugar doesn’t seem to be doing anything sneaky.

      • agreed. I think a lot of people get mad and blame the subscription box company for inflated prices but really thats just the actual price on the retailers website.

  44. Love it as well!

  45. I am absolutely thrilled, I’m going to order another box just because of how happy I am just with this spoiler!!!

  46. I LIKE!!!

  47. They just revealed this live on Facebook, it’s cute

  48. Super cute.

  49. This might be the first spoiler for PS that I’ve been excited about! Yay!

  50. I love it! Not Valentine’s Day-ish at all, but that’s better for me anyway.

    • Also, this seems like something I would expect in an LE box, not a monthly box. Wow!

      • Agree! It’s such a great quality piece!! 🙂

      • Definitely!! I am SO excited for this!!!

      • I agree too! So excited for this! 😀

      • You know, you are right. This is a really cool clutch.
Maybe they are listening to our complaints (if so, a big thanks to PopSugar). There is a lot of competition for our sub dollars these days. Perhaps PopSugar wants to stay in business.

    • I think so too! It’s the perfect little clutch for a casual date night with my husband!
