Panda Pals is a subscription service that sends two pairs of socks plus loads of fun and educational activities to your child (ages 3-8) every month. What a fun way to get new socks!

Panda Pals includes extra items that are fun and educational in each package. This month, Panda Pals teaches us about lines – horizontal, zig-zag, vertical, etc. The new Panda Pal this month is good ole Nikos the Panda. We also received Panda Pals stickers which Cira especially loved this month because there was a dragon sticker.

Here are the two pair of socks included this month for girls.

I love these horizontally striped socks! They were Cira’s favorite too. For some reason, this pair fit tighter than the typical socks though and it was hard for Cira to pull on her foot.

The Nikos pair of socks are cute but I think because the colors weren’t as bright and fun, Cira gave this pair a thumbs down.

Okay, so I usually point out how the Panda Pals socks come with buttons to keep them from getting lost in the wash but guess what? No buttons this month! I emailed the company and received a quick response to the changes.  (Their customer service has been great!)

Panda Pals will no longer have snaps. There were mixed reactions about the snaps and the company will be shifting their attention to other areas their customers appreciate – “unique designs and activities, kids able to learn something new each month, quality materials, and one-for-one donation.” We actually liked the snaps but not having them isn’t a game changer for us. What do you think?

Verdict: We think Panda Pals is such a fun way to learn and also get something useful! This would make a fun gift for young ones. Printed socks range in price from about $4.00 to almost $10.00 per pair depending on where you buy them. These socks are $7.50 a pair and that is not counting the value of the activities included so that seems okay to us. Plus, for every pair new subscription, Panda Pals donates a pair of socks to someone in need. Sure, you can get cheaper socks but these are fun, unique and come with activities for learning. We like Panda Pals.

No snaps are fine. To keep my kids socks from getting lost I was them in mesh laundry bags. No missing socks ever. 🙂

Loba, that is a great idea!

My problem is that only one makes it to the wash at all. 🙁
