There’s a sneak peek for the February box on Look Fantastic’s twitter page. The theme is Runway Ready and the box looks so pretty! Can’t wait to see what’s inside.

I bought this and think I will use every item. I needed a new brow product and have always loved kerastase. So everything else is usable and Bonus! I’m also very impressed with my first Beauty Fix box, all full size mostly known brands and incredible value. I worry about my box addiction but was probably spending more buying single products, and getting far less!

Any opinions on this being a good buy? Kind of a newbie in this world of makeup boxes. Thank you very much.

Hi Jenn, I am new here too and this is my first time posting. I ordered this set as it is a really good value. When you click on ordering it, it tells what the RV is. It was in British Pounds and so after the conversion was done, it is worth approximately $189.00 U,S, Currency, FYI the bottle of Ren alone is around $40.00 on eBay.

And has several others posted BoxyCharm is the bomb! In addition to very nice items, they also let you earn Charms to go toward items in their store. I also like New Beauty Test Tube, Ipsy is just great now that we can request an item to go into our next bag. And they are super nice! I am going to cancel Birchbox I think they have been sending out sort of dinky stuff, in my humble opinion. I don’t feel the wow factor from their boxes. Also, Sephora Play! is one of my faves! I also subscribe to Look Fantastic as they have some really nice items. By subscribing for a year, it is $16.00 a month. They feature a lot of items not found otherwise.

I would say that your best bet would be to look through all of the past reviews of whichever you might be interested in. That way you can find the ones that seem to specialize in skincare, or the ones that are make up heavy. Also by reading the unboxing reviews, it will state the approximate RV of the box. Just about all of them are at least double the sub price, and many times triple. That is how I learned to see what boxes that I would like. It feels so luxurious, to be able to use so many high end makeup and skincare items that we get! A word of wisdom…DON’T GET ADDICTED like me! I think I am up to about 10 boxes now!!! So nice meeting you, and have fun looking!

I am so addicted to beauty boxes and this brief story is proof. A home in our area burned down last night and the local high school where my husband teaches was asking for donations to include basics such as shower stuff and hair stuff. I went to my boxes because I have all this accumulation of products since I have subscribed to boxes for at least nine months. I opened my boxes and pulled out selections of body care, hair care, and basic skin care and makeup (those Walmart and Target boxes I just got came in handy). Anyway, the point is: I got all this stuff from boxes and I didn’t want to give any up because I want to try everthing even though I have so much. If that is not addiction I don’t know what is. I did eventually part with quite a bit of basic necessities that are needed by this family and some skin care and makeup for mom and teenage daughter and while it gave me “withdrawals” to give this stuff I still did the right thing and found a home for the much needed extras. This story is not for praise or to brag of generosity but to show how real this addiction is. So real that withdrawals occur. LOL at my silly self and glad I had a support system at home to help me get through.

Boxycharm is always a good box for me. Also check out Ipsy, my favorite, and Play by Sephora. I’ve been happy with all of my Target boxes, too and always use the $3 coupons.

Hi Jenn, I love Look Fantastic boxes and the value is definitely there if you base your value on retail price of the items. Are you going to use all or most of the products? If you are, then it would be worth it. Most of the items on this offering is full size and that’s always nice so you can see how well the products work for you. Whenever you order from Look Fantastic, just make sure that your currency is in USD so you don’t have to worry about conversion since they are based in the UK. I hope this helps. 🙂

Thank you so much for your response. I was also looking into if anyone has had a positive experience with most of the products? $50 is a big expense for me, as many today.. I like that it is full-sized but what matters the most is the positive reviews of the products. I’m new and quietly studying every post and reply to pull the trigger on a box. Thank you.
