GlobeIn January 2017 Box Website Glitch Info

A few readers have mentioned that for the January GlobeIn Box, their accounts changed the box they were receiving from “Love” to “Comfort.” I reached out to GlobeIn for more info:

This is a technical error. I have just checked a few customers’ profiles with this problem and they are indeed getting the Love Box as they were scheduled.
The message at the top of the page about the Comfort Box is a technical glitch.

  1. Lol and after all the reassurances….my Love box came today. Except it wasn’t the Love box. It was the Comfort.

  2. I’d frankly be elated to get the Comfort box. I skipped this month, got the confirmation and am still getting (my 3rd) Pamper box anyway! Argh! Thank God my subscription is almost done!

  3. Poor GlobeIn. They can’t seem to catch a break right now. I hope they don’t get discouraged in the face of so much animosity.

  4. I wrote them a short email and they responded immediately. Things just move too quickly in our computer era.

    • Pitchforks??? I don’t blame people for being upset regarding this “technical glitch.” This has been the third or forth “glitch” since late November, early December. Super shady business practices and frankly every time I see another one of these free gifts w a three month subscription, it makes me even angrier. Take care of the customers you have had and stop trying to gain new ones when you can’t handle the ones you have. Customer service used to be impeccable. I’ve noticed that all of the sub box bloggers that I follow have received the “Love” box. Hope you all enjoy it and be considered as a lucky one!!

      • I’m finding from personal experience that some of these subscription boxes are run by people who have no experience in running a business. NO clue. These boxes seem to fall in a gap where people put up with bad business practices regardless of the fact that these boxes are in actuality quite costly in the long run. I’d love to see what some of the apologists would say if anthropologie or zappos pulled some of these ‘oops, did I do that?” stunts.

        • Zappos actually had a big tech issue – they were part of a tmobile tuesdays promo of free 25 dollar gift cards(I got 4 of them, one for each line)
          It took a week to even be able to get them! (this was right before Christmas)
          People were pissed but cs was actually pretty awesome, well first one(1st 2 lines) was awesome 2nd one was meh and 3rd was judgey(do you really have 4 lines?!)
          They had to apologize for delays w tmo and on their fb page and they haven’t done another partnership that big since(tmobile, they’ve only been doing free movie rentals and “free” stuff – oh and lyft rides)
          Anyone with tmobile should totally sign up if they like a free movie rental nearly every week!! (tomorrow you get one for yourself and one for a friend w/ fandango now)
          Probably more info than you wanted but figured it was definetely an “oops sorry….?” thing lol
          As for Globein, they are pretty good most of the time but I think they are a bit overwhelmed and having growing pains. – remember when they offered being able to choose your color for everything in your box? (they haven’t done that right? I’m skipping a few months cause of budget)
          Oops, there I go making it even longer! Sorry, I’m really done this time 😉
