This month’s theme is “New Beginnings.” How appropriate!

The information sheet from Herb Stop is really impressive. There’s a lot of knowledge packed in here! Every oil they sent is matched with three different usage tips. That’s really helpful! Plus on the reverse side, there is a recipe for a meditation & prayer blend!

I also wanted to point out that their information sheet contains important safety information under each oil. It’s definitely great info to have on hand.

Bergamot – Value $6.07

Bergamot seems to be a pretty common ingredient and popular fragrance in everything from candles to dish detergent these days! It smells kind of like lemon tea. According to the info sheet, it’s a good cure for anxiety and sadness, and it encourages confidence, courage, and optimism!

Fir Balsam – Value $2.60

As you would expect, this has a great woodsy scent! It comes from fir needles and is the perfect aroma for winter. Moreover, it is great for respiratory difficulty and muscle pain!

Nutmeg – Value $7

Nutmeg is one of my favorite scents; it’s so warm and comforting! It’s great for depression and low energy, but the information sheet warns that it is really powerful and should be used sparingly.

New Beginnings Roll-On Oil – Value $16.95?

This month’s blend was made “for keeping promises and being loyal to yourself.” It’s a nice, fresh scent that’s a blend of grapefruit, lemon, bergamot, lime, orange, tangerine, and rosemary in jojoba.

Verdict: I am consistently impressed with the AromaBox by Herb Stop. I am getting such a massive education on natural health and wellness through this subscription! I received an estimated value of $32.62 worth of oils that are top quality and purity. The curation is also spot on and always perfectly suited to the month. I’m a big fan!

  1. I love this subscription. They started including recipes that include only the oils in the box. Much easier way to try them out. Also on their website they post the purity tests.

Great way to learn about essential oils outside of those MLMs and their shady practices.
